1303 Pelican Watch

1303 Pelican Watch is a beautiful first floor villa with bamboo flooring, granite countertops, remodeled bathrooms, new furniture and more! This is a favorite!
Not only is it beautiful, it is in one of the best locations on Seabrook. Enjoy fabulous sunsets and ocean views from the deck of this delightful first floor Pelican Watch Villa. Walk out the back door to the beach. This is a great villa for a romantic getaway or vacation for a small family. Relax in the large living room with views to the water and beach beyond. Soft grays coat the walls, and accents of aqua and green bring the outside in. The bamboo flooring adds to the clean, warm look. The dark wood dining room table and warm upholstered chairs invite you to share stories of the day on the beach. The living room has new furnishings. The sofa pulls out into a queen sized bed, and the armoire has a new flat TV, and there is WiFi internet hook up for your computer. The kitchen has new cabinets, stainless appliances and a unique granite countertop. There is a washer/dryer too. Just down the hall is a full bath with a shower, granite counter, and an oversized vanity.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, new TV and adjoining full bath. There is a desk perfect for your computer. The bamboo flooring continues through this room as does the gray color palette. This is a peaceful haven. The en suite bath is gorgeous. The bathroom is fun -- great colors, spacious, modern and welcoming.

Perfect location, steps to the beach out your back patio and short bike or car ride to the clubhouse and pool. The condo was well furnished and extremely comfortable bed and bedding. This review would have been 5 stars but the wifi was broken (despite power cycling and rests). This happened upon check in on thursday but no one ever came out to address the issue. The management company did allow us to use the adjacent vacant condo's wifi but it was spotty and did not work in the bedroom. This was problematic as I was not able to get my work done and had to go into Freshfields to find wifi. Further, we couldn't watch our shows in bed at night as usual. I wasn't going to let this affect my 33rd wedding anniversary but all was not perfect due to this inconvenience. Kudos to housekeeping for cleanliness although someone unlocked the door and walked in on Saturday thinking we had checked out. Our departure date was Sunday! So glad we were dressed! The back patio faces westward so you see the most amazing sunsets!

Cute spot, easy walk to the beach

We loved this space for a quick getaway for our family. Loved that it was super easy to access and the updates were well done. Bonus that it was pet friendly. The unit is a very quick walk down to the beach and there was ample parking. We loved the ability to access club amenities as well. We will be coming back for sure.

Great Location

Seabrook is a beautiful community and this place gives you access to that beauty right off the back deck. Easy to get in and out of Seabrook w/ amenity card and gate pass provided. Would stay again. Great for my family of 4.

We had a very nice stay at Pelican Watch villas. The beach and location were amazing! We enjoyed kayaking and long walks along the beach. The villa has abundant wildlife in a natural setting! The sunsets are outstanding!

Hidden Gem

Seabrook Island was the perfect place for our week long vacation. The island is beautiful. The property we stayed in was clean and close to the beach and the pools. Property was clean and comfortable for my wife and I. Weather was perfect which is always an added bonus when on vacation. Loved exploring Seabrook Island, Bohickett Marina, Freshfields village and the fact that Charleston was not all that far.

Delightful stay at Seabrook!

Just as described! We enjoyed the view of the water from the villa, the attractive decor, comfortable seating and king sized bed. We love the beach area by the villa and the ocean area at the Beach Club. When our daughter visited us for a few days we took her to Sunday Brunch at Seabrook Island Clubhouse. We has a delightful stay and hope to return soon!

Pelican Watch on the Edisto

Great ground floor unit right next to the sand dune/beach boardwalk. Awesome sunsets from the deck. My wife and I and our little dog Stewie, came and relaxed just like home. It had everything we needed for an awesome vacay including deer, dolphins, rabbits, armadillos, numerous shore birds, and the little lizard living by the deck.
