Our house was fully furnished. The only things missing were pot holders and directions for the stove top. It was immaculate, comfortable, with a charming view of the water. The best aspect was a built-in sandy beach in the enclosed yard for the kiddies with a boardwalk to the edge of the ocean. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

My family of 5 (including 3 kids ages 3-12) enjoyed staying here. It was well stocked, clean and comfortable. And the location was perfect and so convenient! We loved being right off the sand and the deck was heavenly for reading a magazine while listening to the surf. A perfect way to cap off the summer!

Fantastic location, lots of wildlife!

We were very impressed with this property. We enjoyed waking up to the waves crashing on the shore line and watching the birds and porpoises right from our back porch. Plenty of space for our family and it included all of the amenities, including beach, chairs, boogie boards, casting net, etc. I would highly recommend this property!

Amazing Stay

This rental was perfect. Cam is a wonderful responsive host who was quick with answers to any questions we had prior to and during our stay. The check in process was very easy with early check in and a digital code. The house itself is walking distance to the pool and club which was perfect as we stayed here as a family for my wedding. An absolutely perfect unit and location!

We were visiting seabrook for a wedding and had an amazing time at this property. The unit was spacious and so clean with incredible views of the water. The location is unmatched with being close to the country club and the pools/restaurants. Cam was so helpful leading up to our stay and answered any questions so quickly. Party of 4, including married couple, SIL, and aging, but young at heart Mom. We really enjoyed ourselves. The townhouse was perfect and we had plenty of room. Great views and saw many dolphins! A break of a learning curve on the range. Lol. Would certainly stay here again. Harris Teeter grocery worked out well.
