Welcome to the Marsh Retreat located at 2013 Long Bend Drive on Seabrook Island. Close to the Seabrook Island Racquet Club, Lakehouse, and Bohicket Marina, this bright, spacious villa is both centrally located and private. Well-behaved pets are welcome with a modest pet fee.

The spacious living room offers a restful spot to relax in comfort with a large screen TV. A small built-in bar area is the perfect place to prepare a cocktail before stepping out onto the private, screened-in balcony. This expansive outdoor space overlooks the marsh and lush island greenery.

The open-concept layout includes a dining table that comfortably seats six and a well-stocked kitchen area directly open to the living room.

The master bedroom features a large, plush queen bed, dresser, closet area, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower combo, vanity, and toilet. Located off the other end of the living room, the guest bedroom features bunk beds and a twin bed, sleeping a total of three guests. This area also includes a closet, dresser, ceiling fan, and TV. A full hall bath with a tub and shower combo is located just off this bedroom.

• BEACH: 1.2 miles away (about a 4-minute drive). Please note that beach towels are not included at this property.
• CLUB AMENITIES: Please note that this property does not offer access to the private Seabrook Island Club facilities. Access to the oceanfront Beach Club pools, club dining, golf courses, and tennis courts is excluded.
• POOL: Complimentary access to the outdoor Lakehouse pool is included with your stay. Even without amenity cards, guests enjoy complimentary access to Seabrook Island's private beaches, the equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool.
• OVERNIGHT GUEST MAX CAPACITY: Maximum of 6 guests.
• PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 2 vehicle gate passes.
• LSV GOLF CARTS: Gas-powered LSVs are permitted because this unit does not have a plug-in charging station. LSVs require a gate pass and count toward the strict 2-vehicle maximum limit.
• PET POLICY: Well-behaved pets are welcome with a modest pet fee.

• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are not included.

• WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash and fold service, please let us know.

• COFFEE MAKERS: A standard 12-cup carafe coffee maker is on site. Please bring your own ground coffee and filters.

• AMENITY CARDS: While this specific property does not offer Amenity cards for club access, guests enjoy complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone.

• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering will require a gate pass. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges a fee of $45 per gate pass. This fee applies to guests staying 1 to 179 nights. There is a strict limit of 2 vehicle passes for this property. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. Drivers will be required to show a valid driver's license at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle.

• CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self-check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone.

• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. We remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions or concerns you have.

• CLEANING: We do not clean to make our properties appear clean. We really clean well. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. We have a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail so our guests stay safe and comfortable.

• THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

• CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.

• ADDITIONAL POLICIES/RULES: No electric LSVs can be charged at the property.

• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits and monies paid by the traveler. Please note that if there is inclement weather in other states prohibiting the traveler from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

• POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property. Please try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.

• PARTIES: This is an ideal property for making memories but not a party property. Many neighbors are full-time residents and we ask our guests to be respectful of the shared island space around them.
