Step inside and feel instantly at ease with warm wood tones, nautical accents, and soft, natural textures that create a peaceful, lakeside feel — even as the ocean sparkles just beyond your balcony.
A comfortable seating area invites you to unwind after a day in the sun, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a seaside meal or morning coffee with a view. The spacious bedroom offers a plush king-size bed and serene décor inspired by the tranquility of a lake retreat. With two full bathrooms, guests enjoy added comfort and convenience — perfect for couples or small families.
Step out onto your private balcony to watch the sunrise over the waves or enjoy a glass of wine as the sun dips below the horizon. Whether you're here to relax, explore, or simply breathe in the salt air, this oceanfront condo promises a peaceful getaway with the heart of a lakeside cabin and the beauty of the sea.

Fees apply for certain amenity use, such as the fitness center and indoor pools. The Club is located is just a short walk away. Horseback riding available nearby. Freshfields town area is only 3 miles away with boutique shops, up-scale restaurants, and seasonal events. Historic downtown Charleston is approximately an hour drive away.
Things to know:
Two gate passes are allowed and cost $45/ Vehicle. This must be paid prior to your arrival and parking passes are to be picked up during the check-in process.
Amenity cards granting access to club facilities are required. Additional fees apply for dining options, fitness center, golf courses, the racquet club, and other areas.
Maximum of 1 pet is allowed with a paid pet fee of $125 plus tax. Pet must be under 45 pounds. Any larger pets need to be pre-approved by property management company.
No smoking. No parties that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home at any time. Must be 25 years old or older to rent.
