Amenity cards give you access to Seabrook Island Club and The Lake House amenities, where you will find various pools, activities, golf, and dining options. Amenity cards are the responsibility of the guest to acquire, but we do provide guidance. Seabrook Island is a cashless environment. Fees apply for certain amenity use, such as the fitness center and indoor pools. The Club is located is just a short walk away. Horseback riding available nearby. Freshfields town area is only 3 miles away with boutique shops, up-scale restaurants, and seasonal events. Historic downtown Charleston is approximately an hour drive away.

Things to know:

Two gate passes are allowed and cost $45/ Vehicle. This must be paid prior to your arrival and parking passes are to be picked up during the check-in process.

Amenity cards granting access to club facilities are required. Additional fees apply for dining options, fitness center, golf courses, the racquet club, and other areas.

Maximum of 1 pet is allowed with a paid pet fee of $125 plus tax. Pet must be under 45 pounds. Any larger pets need to be pre-approved by property management company.

No smoking. No parties that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home at any time. Must be 25 years old or older to rent.
