This generous Wedgewood Villa accommodates up to 5 guests with ease, featuring 2 thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The primary suite offers a luxurious King-size bed, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV for your entertainment, and a private full bathroom with a shower/tub combination for your convenience. Across the hall, the second bedroom is perfect for family or friends. It is equipped with a Queen-size bed and a twin bed, along with shared access to the hallway's full bathroom.

Wedgewood Villas are quaint Seabrook beach cottages located off High Hammock Road near the Seabrook Island Club and a short bike ride to the beach. Wherever you stay on the island, you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests, and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore, and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways, and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Your stay includes amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club, the island’s hub of activity with two oceanfront community pools, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball at the Racquet Club, and on-island dining. The exclusive Beach Club offers a true island escape with a soft sand beach, shaded cabanas, sun loungers, two saltwater swimming pools and oceanfront dining!

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: 0.9 - 1 mile walk or bike ride to the Boardwalk 9.

Pet Policy: No pets are permitted at this property.

Parking: Maximum number of vehicles is 2.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
