The space
Expect a great set up inside and outside.
Inside is upscale, XL 2 bdrm, 2.5 bath VIP super sweet suite. Has a functioning 3rd-bedroom w a spacey Living Room that actually has an "On-suite bathroom/changing room" and 2 couch beds. This is well-designed and constructed house. The downstairs extends beyond the upstairs, so the Units are not on top of each other w entrances on opposite sides of the house. This vacation suite is designed more like a separate Guesthouse and has its own address and is a stand-alone residence. There are no windows facing your outdoor area, it has a lot of trees, fence, and is perfectly private for you.

ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! I’ve been on renting for over 8yrs and in over 12 countries. The care that David puts into his property and for his guest is ABOVE AND BEYOND.
Planned a surprise mini weekend getaway, We celebrated our 1st year anniversary and my husband’s 35th birthday. David and his wife BEAUTIFULLY decorated the apartment with balloons, flowers, a cake and added personal touches that made the weekend one to remember. The ambiance and the location itself is immaculate.
My husband was extremely moved, surprised and personally thanked David. I can’t speak enough on how thankful I am.

we stayed for a weekend and we had ao much fun. I felt like this place had something for everyone in our group. the place was very clean and very well equipped. hot tub was definitely great . the view and all the activities we did in the dock were very fun. Dave was a great host he even came to check on us and answered all out questions .
we will definitely be viewing here again.

We had the best stay here with our family. There was so much to do our children didn’t want to leave. They loved all of the available water sports and the toys and games inside.
The house was spotless and had everything we needed.
The host responded quickly and with help and advice!

Stayed a few nights
We had an awesome time! We loved the hot tub, definitely our favorite. Lots of things to do near by. Very walkable area but there are also bikes. The private backyard area was nice and relaxing. David and Erica were great hosts and we loved the complimentary basket. We had a great stay:)

If you’re looking for a beautiful getaway, this is it! The place was very comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. We had a great time in the outdoor area taking advantage of the grill and beautiful scenery. The kayak, pedal boat and paddle board were a great touch along with all the inflatables available. Oh, and the hot tub is the cherry on top! Definitely worth checking out. We can’t wait to plan another trip there.
