Noisy. Room with a kitchen to save money on eating out but there were no mixing bowls, cutting boards, kitchen linens or hot mitts, and no can opener. Decor outdated and bathroom grout coming out in pieces, though they just purchased from Shilo who let it become dilapidated. Staff were prompt and friendly.

My heater didn’t work when I arrived. I called front desk and maintenance fixed it IMMEDIATELY. That was awesome. Beach and pool and location were awesome. My key card had to be rekeyed a number of times. I was locked out at 7 am and it took 30 minutes for someone to show up at front desk. There was no bell. No one answered if I called front desk or manager. That was not acceptable.

Maybe on a less busy weekend in SEASIDE

I can see that they are trying to revamp this hotel and the improvements they have completed so far are great. The sound proofing between rooms could use an update. We were in a room that could be adjoined to the next room and you could feel air coming in around the door as well as hear the people in that room talking, showering, ect. I don't blame the hotel but there was a night that for about an hour around 2am a transient individual was banging on a door trying to get in, it wasn't even on the same floor as our room but it woke us up and kept us up. I know part of the problem was all of the families that were intown for the youth basketball tournament and the youth cheerleading competition, as well as it being a dual holiday weekend. Every hotel was booked, so I don't blame the hotel for the kids causing chaos all weekend. I think this would be a great spot to stay when the town is deserted. We really appreciated the ice cold lemon water in the lobby, as well as the tea, coffee and cider. This was available at all hours of the day.

Wonderful place right in the beach. Views of the ocean, small kitchenette for extended stays. Hot tub and pool were clean. Paul was working the front desk. He was friendly and took thebtime to give me recommendations for restaurants nearby. Will absolutely stay again.

Check in was good and staff was friendly. Room was grouse/ not cleaned, wallpaper coming off wall, patio door wouldn’t open, Curtains would not move and stayed in one position, windows so dirty I couldn’t see the ocean from the ocean front room I paid for. I did however had a great view of the restaurant roof. Door knob to bathroom door fell off and had to have maintenance come and reattach. Bathtub was about ready to fall through the floor and uneven. The tub floor was soft and bubbling. Pool water dark color and not clean. Tile in pool floor was black moldy. Now I let the front desk know all of this and still didn’t even get a discount for my stay. Now owner/manger please don’t reply with we are in the process of updating the hotel cause for Christ sake you have had over 8 months to clean the hotel properly and last time I checked a door knob doesn’t cost that much. Doing small things during the process of a full gut and remodel goes along way. Especially when I paid top dollar for a horrible trip.

It was our first time staying and it was a nice getaway. We were notified there is a lot of updating going on, so I imagine the items throughout our stay that needed attention will be taken care of with those repairs. The pool and hot tub water was quite murky and didn't feel like it was clean. We will give it another chance.

The room was dirty on the floor and toilet. The loft windows upstairs were broken in a cracked position and would not close properly. I forgot my charger cord there and I've called twice. Both times they said it would be here in a couple of days. So far its been over 2 weeks and I will call tomorrow and ask again. Ive stayed here befor a few times and never any issues, but this time the dirty grossed me out. I had wipes with me and I cleaned it myself. Especially because I had my 3 yr old grandson with me. I love Seaside and I'll be back.

I’ve been staying at this location since 2019 and have never had a negative experience here. I love the 24 hour pool and spa but I cannot wait until they open up the sauna again. Overall, my top choice for hotels when booking a stay in Seaside, OR.

Great location

The amazing young lady working front desk on Sunday morning was very helpful and apologetic about not being able to get us into a room early. No problem at all, she respected our time and knew we were just ready to enjoy our time on vacation. I really wish that employee would have been there the whole time! I was in a party with 3 rooms total, one room had a very scary fireplace malfunction that almost caused a huge explosion in the room. Maintenance was not able to do anything other than shut the entire fireplace system down for that room. No compensation was given for the lack of use of that amenity along with the dishwasher being completely removed (no warning) in one of the rooms. We were basically told “oh well” when checking out.

There was one person in front of us at check in and it took 20 mins and both associates. The line got 5 people long. That was the only down side. Other that that we were pleased with everything else
