This elegant charmer boasts bright, airy spaces - 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms (1,000 sq. ft). This modern oasis is the ideal accommodation for your next vacation!

Sleeps 6 (recommended 4 adults and 2 kids) - 2 bedrooms (each with one queen bed) and a sofa and futon sleeps 2 more in living room.

Well appointed apartment features a full kitchen, and lots of space.

Quiet hours from 10 PM - 7 AM to be mindful of neighboring units.

The space
This space is a duplex with a private entrance (right half of building). Beautiful, modern unit just south of Seattle proper. Bright, sparkly clean and full of comforting amenities. The unit is two levels with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths (1,000 sq feet). The unit is up one large flight of stairs as a caution for those with mobility limitations. Off-street parking right in the driveway.

-15 min. drive to stadiums (Century Link/T-Mobile Park)
-25 min. drive to Space Needle
-8 min. drive to Seahurst Park
