This home was VERY CLEAN! The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the mattresses were comfortable, the water pressure in the showers was good, the whole home was decorated nicely, and was very inviting. Things that I think you should know: There are 86 stairs to get from the parking area to the home. 33 of those stairs are just to get from the home to the ally behind the complex, then you need to walk to the second set of stairs to get to the parking space. There is no parking on the street. The first level of the home consists of a foyer with a bench for removing your shoes, a closet with a very nice washer and dryer, a bathroom, and a bedroom. The next level is the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The 3rd level is the master bedroom and bathroom. The next set of stairs leads to a nice deck area with a sitting area and nice views of the sunsets. The bedrooms face the street and there is traffic noise all night long. There is also construction across the street that is supposed to end in August of 2026. The downstairs bedroom's shade does not go all the up or down. There is about a 3" gap, which would not be bad, but there is an overhang that has a VERY BRIGHT light that shines ALL NIGHT LONG. Honestly, it was brighter in that bedroom at 10PM than it was at 10AM! I had to prop pillows along the sill. That helped to keep MOST of the light out of the room.
