One of the best features of this location is the brand-new Judkins Park Light Rail Station just one block away. Skip the hassle of parking downtown and get to the stadiums, Capitol Hill, Pike Place Market, SeaTac Airport, Bellevue, and nearly anywhere else in the city quickly and easily. Whether you're visiting for the World Cup, concerts, sporting events, or sightseeing, the convenience is hard to beat.

Inside, the home blends historic Pacific Northwest character with modern comfort. Original Douglas fir floors, stairs, railings, and vintage interior doors have been carefully restored throughout the 1,400 sq. ft. space. Custom shelving and reclaimed wood accents add warmth and personality, including a handcrafted dining bar made from salvaged old-growth Oregon Douglas fir originally milled for shipbuilding decades ago.

The home comfortably accommodates groups with three fully outfitted bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed, TV with streaming/live channels, blackout curtains, white noise machine, personal desk, towels, and A/C unit. A pull-out sofa provides additional sleeping space if needed.

The living room is designed for relaxing after a day in the city, featuring a 75” LG Smart TV, Vizio Bluetooth sound bar, full-sized couch, and rocking chair. Guests can access Netflix, live TV, and other streaming services throughout the home.
