The hotel itself was nice but carpet and furniture were dated. The buffet was great. They do offer daily room cleaning but only if requested before 10 pm the night before. The pullout bed from the couch was comfortable.The location was good for us, which was right off the I90 freeway. If you're staying in Seattle and looking for a 1 bedroom suite, this is probably your bet as you have free parking, a great free breakfast in a safe area. Try getting that in downtown Seattle

Great Place to Stay While Visiting Seattle

This is a very nice hotel with a good hot breakfast and helpful staff. We were visiting Seattle during our stay, and it was easy to drive into downtown from this location. The rooms are large and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable free parking and breakfast was appreciated. Only issue was housekeeping service. It was provided only once’s during our 5 day stay even after requesting every other day. Not a big issue , front desk helped with additional towels as needed. I would stay here any day over Airbnb. You know what to expect, can check location and surroundings in a new city and have hotel staff to help.

The person at check in was very friendly and welcoming. The lobby looks a bit tired and in need of updating and cleaning. Room seemed clean. Carpet is old and dingy. Beds and pillows were comfy. Bathroom provided plenty of towels. Size of the double was quite nice.

The property overall was fine- it seemed as though they were not well prepared for a busy night of guests due to a large event in the city. Check in had a line of guests and took 20+ minutes of just waiting. Our room had a broken AC unit- we had to call twice to get assistance. The gentleman that came to help said that he would replace the air filter and fix it? While we were out he turned the unit temp to 50 and closed our window- returned to our room at 76 degrees. First world problem, overall it was a good olace to sleep.

We arrived in Seattle from Vancouver around 12:30 PM and stopped by the hotel to ask about early check-in. We were told it wasn’t available, which was totally understandable. However, when we returned later around 2:45 PM, we were met with a massive line out the door for the 3 PM check-in time. It took over an hour to get through the line—we didn’t get to our room until about 4:15 PM. This delay caused us to miss one of the opening acts at a concert we were attending that evening, which was really disappointing. There was only one person working at the front desk, and although he seemed overwhelmed, he was also curt and not particularly welcoming. To make matters worse, our room was not properly cleaned—the bathtub was dirty—and it lacked some of the standard amenities we expect from a hotel at this price point. Overall, the experience was frustrating and left us very disappointed.
