In the beginning service was great very friendly at check in, however noticed one of the housekeepers constantly standing by my room which was very creepy throughout the night. Once checked out noticed an extra charge of $150 on my receipt via email stating cleaning fee, however I made sure the hotel was spotless. Looked on my bank account seen a charge of $137 then another charge of $100 so in the end was overcharged by $237 . Tried having manager call back still haven’t heard a word.

The room was spacious and very clean. Plenty of area for seating. The tv was not one of those extremely small one that make viewing difficult. Very clean rooms and property. The breakfast was a great spread with lots of food options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking rate was higher than expected but security was important. Plenty of handicap parking spaces. Will definately stay there again. A great staycation spot. Exceeded expectation.

I've stayed at so many properties around Seattle and Bellevue. This is one of the best hotels I've been to. Very easy to find, well lit and a nice big parking lot. Easy check-in and Bright clean hotel right when you walk in. It was actually really busy. There were a lot of people staying at this hotel but it was still relatively quiet. I never heard anyone beside us or people above us. The rooms are huge, clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. I was surprised that the sink features a water filtration system so you don't need to go by bottled water beforehand. There's also small sets of dishes, bottle openers (wine) and toaster in the cabinets. There is an inside pool and a gym. People were using all of these facilities. Everyone was really nice and everything was clean. I would definitely stay here next time I'm in Seattle.

The property was clean and new. Beds were comfortable and the pool and hot tub were clean and nice. Staff was quick to replenish towels and food and super friendly. Wish there was more fresh fruit, yogurt, or just plain eggs for breakfast. Most food wasn’t dairy or gluten free for those with sensitivities.

Nice hotel
