Didn't like that the womens toilet in the atrium area had a ring around the bowl. Also, the towel rack in the bathroom was pulling put of the wall on one side. We did enjoy the complementary drinks and snacks before 7 pm. We also enjoyed the included breakfast. It was one of the best breakfasts we have had at a hotel.

My room was very dirty and smelled of musty. I let the front desk know, but they didn't solve anything for me. The bathroom was very dirty, the refrigerator was dirty with cinnamon sticks inside. I took several photos, there was dust where the TV was. The air conditioning didn't work properly, it was terrible. I won't return to that hotel. What solution can I have with this unpleasant moment?

Was a great price, good breakfast options. But we didn’t like the taste of the food options on the dinner menu and would have liked more variety. Our room fit us perfectly with 6 people in our family. However it was muggy and hot most of the night and hard to control the room temperature. Does have an old hotel smell as well. But great for the price and we only stayed a night prior to our flight.

Hotel is very nice. But if you are traveling with children and use the pool. Be aware it is 5 foot deep no real sallow end. The pool was also cold. Like colder than outdoor pools. Airport shuttle was good. Breakfast was the best continental breakfast I’ve ever had. The room was clean and vet spacious.

The shuttle from the airport isn’t free, which we did not know about. Parking at the hotel was $22.00 per day, the pool was more like a hot tub in size, not how it appears in hotel photos, and not once did they come clean out room in the 4 days we stayed there. However, the room was large and clean and breakfast was great.

Okay stay.

We always stay at Embassy Suites, they accommodate our family size and are for the most part, clean and comfortable. This one in Tukwila lacked the spark we usually get from the chain. The room wasn’t spotless, the table tops were sticky and streaked, so was the wet bar mirror. Happy hour was super limited. Often, there are more options like vegetables and dips. The best part of the whole experience was the friendliness of the front desk and kitchen staff.
