Staff was courteous. Room seemed clean. Liked the space. Sofa was run down and we didn’t want to sit on it. Bathroom is dated but ok. Toilet handle kept getting stuck and tank filled up slowly, which was odd as the water pressure was great everywhere else. Breakfast is decent…love the fresh fruit and that they had almond milk. Liked the free parking onsite. Garage is nice for those rainy and frigid days. We used the gym…could use a roller.

The room we got was made for a little kids! It looks like it is designed to be connected to other room but for kids only because the toilet seat was very tiny and the beds were also small. I was supposed to get one queen bed and a sofa bed, but we got two double beds.

The hotel is in great condition. Enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would complain is that we had a do not disturb sign hung outside of our door but the cleaning crew still opened our door. Luckily we were still in the room when he opened our door.

My son and his daughter traveled over from Neah Bay, WA, which was approximately a 4 1/2 - 5 hour travel. They were not going for fun; my granddaughter has a doctor's appointment at 9 am today. My son suffers from lung failure due to lupus and is on a transplant list; it takes him nearly two hours to take all his medications each morning. For these reasons, I booked them a room so that they could rest before granddaughter's appointment. The hotel had no record of my son's reservation. They held him in the hotel lobby, even though he showed them the receipt, confirmation number, etc. They said to, "Call Expedia." There IS NO WAY TO CALL. If there is, you do not make it possible to find the number. So I had to go through a series of frustrating pictures and words to get to an actual agent, who blamed the hotel manager. My son called me at 8:21 pm. At 8:55 pm the Expedia agent Khaled said for my son to go to the front desk because everything was cleared up. I let my son know and heard nothing. So I called him again at 9:12 and he and his daughter were STILL being held in the lobby, with the only solution was for me to: try to get a refund, which Expedia will not do, or rebook the same room at a higher rate, which meant I would be double paying. The ONLY accountability anyone was being held to was me and my son. It wasn't until 9:27 pm my son was given a room key with still no resolve. Something I asked to have done at 8:21 pm JERKS.
