Our overall stay was good. Location was close to everything and was within walking distance. Since it is a motel near downtown, there was noise at night but it didn’t bother us much. The TV also didn’t work, that did bother us haha. But overall it was a fine stay for the price point and distance to everything.

The stay was affordable and pleasant for a quick stay in Seattle. Great coffee and donut shop next door, and good bars and restaurants close by.Glad to see a vintage motor inn hanging in there with so much skyscraper development downtown.

My room was clean and well stocked with towels, tissue and bedding. For its proximity to downtown, Pike's, Seattle Center, Queen Anne, Capital Hill etc. for the price, The Kings Inn is a great place to stay.

Better that expected

This looks like a Motel kind of property. It’s small maybe compared to other hotels, but it really impressed me. They had no breakfast, but at least they had coffee and water for guests. They gave us a free room upgrade and the room was very comfortable. We arrived early and, since they weren’t able to check us in early, they stored our luggage until it was check in time. Personnel was very friendly and attentive.
