Property was fine unless you arrive via Uber and do not have a car. Property is MILES away from any market or restaurant and unless you want to pay for ANOTHER Uber ride, you will have to walk about 1/4 mile to the bus stop. I also refused to pay the extortionate $5.25 for a tiny (handful) bag of Tims' potato chips at the front desk....

Clean, quiet, lots of good dining options via DoorDash and UberEats, very close to major freeways, the Landing, Ranier Beach and Lake Washington. Staff is friendly and quick to respond to requests and alerts. In a triad location with Sonesta and Hilton Garden Inn within a short walk. Books quickly so keep that in mind.

Easy parking. Run down, dirty. Staff looked like guests. There were homeless staying there. No breakfast. Noisy kids at night. Noisy cars in the parking lot. Not recommended.

This hotel is the best hotel i have ever stayed at. I have stayed at many other hotels after this one and i allways go back to the larksper landing! No other hotel can top this hotel .

Booked a one night stay with the paramount hotel, on my way there got a flat made it to the hotel and told the receptionist about my situation, right away they looked up places near us where I could possibly get it fixed keep in mind I live around 2 hours and 40 minutes so making it back home would be an issue, they were extremely helpful and told me they could have there engineer come out and help in the morning, they also offered to have my car parked at the top and made it so much easier for me the next day. Valet guys were amazing and really cool, I think the hotel itself is under remodeling but that doesn’t matter hotel was amazing and very clean, most definitely coming back and booking another stay when I’m back in the city

Fire alarm

The front desk was great but as soon as I checked in maybe 2 minutes in somebody had something to do with the fire alarm so we had to all get out I took a moment to go shopping and then come back but again it wasn't even one day and I checked in at 6:00 and I couldn't go in there until like 7:30 p.m. which I also paid for a dog fee not too much money for the value of this day and the bed was horrible but again customer service was good front desk was good at night and also in the morning

If you need a quick stay with no frills and limited options. This is for you. Lobby smelled so heavily of air fresheners that it gave me a headache, coffee maker in room had mold, wall paper was peeling. For how much I paid, I was expecting at least a decent cup of coffee in the morning.
