The room had a bad smell. The property needs to be renovated. Needs new paint in the bathroom. There was black mold in the sinks. Probably not stay there again. Breakfast was ok.

Terrible cleanliness. We found hairs in the towels, a big cockroach in the room, the bathroom was dirty and the carpets were very gross. The whole place smelled like cigarette smoke. Avoid at all costs.

Nice staff. The property although older was clean. The housekeeping staff never did come to my room to clean daily but I was only there for a few days so not a big problem. I just reused my towels. There was an issue on check in. They had no record of my reservation even though I provided a confirmation number. They told me it was an expedia issue. Took me over an hour to check in but once it was settled it was fine.

Love the kitchen. Clean room. Was a bit worn out, many broken floor tiles and a chunk of a tile and plaster from a baseboard was on the kitchen floor. But I'd stay there again. Price was reasonable.

It was just okay. Room verall felt dated, and there was a piece of baseboard missing in the kitchen. But nothing major. The real problem was the paper thin walls and thee noisy neighbors at 10 o'clock at night. On the upside they do have a complimentary airport shuttle, and our driver was prompt, friendly and professional. Again, it was okay, but for the price i wouldn't stay there again.

I slept well however the breakfast that you offered was a joke for the price one pays. No hot breakfast was offered very disappointing, cows milk was offered, nothing offered for people that are lactose intolerant. Breakfast was not setup onto time it was supposed to be ready at 6am but the young lady was still setting it up at 7 am I will never stay in this hotel again and tell my friends never to stay there either. The staff was not very friendly either. I did not get a warm and fuzzy feeling.

Building was dated, tired, and generally unkept. Carpets had clearly not been vacuumed and desperately needed professional cleaning. Fire alarm went off between 2am and 2:30am, building evacuated, it was clearly a problem with the system. Having stayed at Larkspur Landing in Pleasanton several years ago, I had MUCH higher expectations and was thoroughly disappointed. Very over-priced for what this establishment is.
