Guests only have access to the lower level and the deck, including a very spacious living room,2 full bathrooms and laundry room,2 bedrooms, and all the spaces you can see in the pictures. Guests could enjoy it without interruption for the duration of your stay. However, guests don't have access to the upper level which is occupied by the owner.

*. Step Disclosure: Guests only have access to the lower floor, the entrance is located at the back of the house, at the deck. Please note that there are many steps and a little bit long walk to get access to the entrance.

*. AC Disclosure: There is no AC but fans are provided.The owner provides a portable heater in king bedroom closet, if the guest feel cold, they could use it.

*. Parking Disclosure: The house offers a parking space provided in front of the house. Street parking is also available.

*. Noise Disclosure: The owner lives upstairs, you may occasionally hear noise from above.

*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.

*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per night.

*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($199), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($2,000). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
