The location can't be beat. Easy walk to the Ballard historic shopping and dining district, the Locks, the museum and other fun sites. Also, quick walk to the local supermarket. Fantastic in every way! This rental is well appointed, very comfortable and location is exceptional. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, and basic pantry items and the coffee/tea station is great. The gas fireplace is wonderful on a rainy Seattle day. Furniture is comfortable and decor is nice. The beds are very comfortable and linens/towels are great. This rental is just a few blocks from downtown Ballard with lots of great shops and restaurants and the Famous Ballard Farmers Market. There is a QFC nearby. Host communication was excellent.

This very clean, perfectly located property in Ballard offers easy walkability to grocery, shops, and restaurants. The bus is close-by (and Seattle’s bus service is good). The two bedrooms with attached baths upstairs and the bedroom downstairs from the main are simply appointed and were good for us. A third full bath is on the main floor. The entrance is small and awkward (especially since we arrived in snow and rain with coats, boots, and luggage), but that’s not something that can be changed. You must climb stairs to get to the main floor (the third bedroom is around the corner from the entrance). The open kitchen, large dining table, and comfortable living room were good for my small group. We had trouble with the WiFi when we arrived, and while we ultimately solved it ourselves, messages were answered very quickly and kindly. There are little balconies everywhere as well as well as a nice patio off the basement bedroom for when the weather is nice. Overall, this property lived up to my expectations for the size and price point. And the communication with the property managers was the best I’ve ever had.
