The hotel room was nice and clean. The only problems I had was the door had a gap where you could see outside light. And there were holds in the curtains. The receptionist were very nice.

Toilet didn't work. No other non-smoking rooms available. No airport shuttle.

Had to book a last minute stay here. The floors were extremely unclean, not sure what they had use to mop it but it was probably with a very dirty mop. The entire hotel room smelled like a dirty restroom, even with the AC on full blast.

I had a guy blasting music so loud it was making the walls shake. The new lady is VERY rude, unlike all the other staff! Her attitude is NASTY! I stayed off and on several months with no problems until she got there. She actually told me if I complained again, both of us have to leave! It was going on for several weeks and i had to endure it because I'm sick and homeless. Since nothing was done he actually started bringing the boombox outside right at my door on purpose. Everyone else is lovely but she really is not cut for hospitality. When she called to tell me I had a package she screamed in the phone like a Drill Sargent. Suddenly the policy changed when she realized i was there off and on with no issues. You wait until I pay 2 weeks then tell me leave if I don't like it?????? Wow

Front desk is very friendly and helpful. The room was adequate but the sheets were clearly stained which was off putting. Also the ice machine was broke which was disappointing. We were also confronted by another guest asking for beer while unloading our car to the room which made us stressed about our neighbors. Lots of places to take your dog which is big bonus. Overall it is adequate for the price, i dont know if we would be willing to book again
