I liked the room and desk area. It was easy to work during the day. The surrounding area was ok, not my favorite. But the Japanese restaurant around the corner was very good.

Quality Inn Hotel that’s by the airport is a very good hotel. I had LASIK eye surgery prior to checking in so my vision was extremely blurry. When I came to check in they were very helpful. The lady at the front desk was nice, patient, and guided me through the check in process. She got me into a room not far from the lobby so I wouldn’t have to walk so blindly with blurred vision. After I took a nap I went back to the front desk to thank her (she was still there). I was finally able to see her. When I initially came in, all blurry, I was only able to make out her figure, hight, and hair. I even asked her if that was her that helped me check in this afternoon and she said yes. I’m very grateful for her going above and beyond to assist me.

What I didn’t like is the early night manager who was in training didn’t register my room, so at 1:00 am someone tried to enter my room, waking me up saying this was there room. Then the late night manager knocked on my door asking me if I was registered for that room. I understand mistakes happens but when you get woken up at 1:00 am and have to get back up at 5:00 am to head to the airport.
