I was on the first floor. The area smelled of strong cleaning solution (Fabuloso sold at the dollar store) and the sheets had the smell of mildew. They apparently don’t run the a/c after cleaning to air the rooms out and the heat and humidity this week were high. The room was clean and orderly but needed updating. The windows were flimsy, they could easily be broken to gain access to the room. They weren’t even locked when I arrived. The door to the room did not fit well. The lock would not completely latch and the jam looked like it had been kicked in. The hallway windows were also open. I did not feel safe there. The area was fairly quiet, staff was helpful and hard working. I felt like the hotel was trying to make their money before cruise season ended. They are conveniently located near the airport and provide free parking and free airport transportation and paid transportation to the cruise port.

First off the hot and cold water are switched. H is cold and C is supper hot water. Yes my wife burned herself. Second the smoke alarm kept going off. We called the service lady and said if it continues then she can turn it off until the morning. Mmm that sounds really illegal. We slept with the noise. Never again.

Accessible bathroom was actually accessible. Not every hotel that claims to be accessible has a door wide enough for a wheelchair, let alone grab bars. Quality Inn SeaTac did. 👍

Close to the airport. However, we tried the Room Service. It contracts with 3-4 restaurants. We ordered from the Mediterranean place. After an hour and no food. Called. Said it will be there in 9 more minutes. 30 minutes later, still no food. Called. The delivery man was gone. Cancelled. Happily refunded our money.

The bed was so uncomfortable and was so nosey. Everytime you moved it made a noise. Could hear people going up and down the hall all night. Shuttle drivers aren't very talkative. If you need the shuttle to catch a flight make sure you leave yourself plenty of time. My shuttle driver waited for other people that were suppose to be down there at 4am and than went to another hotel to pick up people who weren't even ready then. We got to the airport at like 445. Good thing I gave myself 2 hours before my flight. Don't cut it close leave yourself time.

This is an older hotel which is showing its wear. The bathroom door didn’t close properly and most importantly I felt something bite my ankles a couple of times (I let the front desk know and they said they would take care of it).
