Lots of homeless trailing around the parking lot don't feel safe leaving your car there let alone walking to the hotel. Hotel is to Star at best . Maybe 1.5. Haven't seen such an outdated rooms and TV since 1990s

Very convenient and comfortable stay for an overnight trip before a cruise. The free shuttle and breakfast were a great service that made it easy. Older hotel but very nicely kept and nice bed and pretty area.

The property was 12 miles from downtown with outrageous rates to get there. A roundtrip to the pier cost $140 from their shuttle. Had to stay at property with no working pool, no working hot tubs (2) and nothing to do. Great breakfast and great food at attached casino. Room was clean but older. Would not recommend. Better off at a downtown hotel

Property and staff were excellent. Only problem was that the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel quit operating at 11:30 p.m. and my flight didn't arrive until midnight. That information wasn't included on the website when i booked.
