The staff member that checked us in was very courteous and helpful. The lobby is very nice and inviting. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, it was more than we expected for the price we paid. To top it off, there is a casino next door which of course, we had to go visit! I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I will be sure to remember it for my next stay in Seattle.

I left something on the hotel. I did not have the phone. I called 800 number. They texted the wrong location number I called back. They were rude on the phone. customer service skills are very poo. Accommodations in the hotel were not so bad. The receptionist was very professional. Carpet neeed some shampoo.

The staff was amazing! Very nice, helpful and they really appeared to care that we enjoyed our stay. The room was quiet, clean but could use some updating. Wallpaper coming off the wall and small bathroom. However, it was clean and a comfy bed and I felt safe.
