Would have been nice to know renovations were going on….loud “bumping” music well into the night…with extremely loud women talking into early morning hours 12-2 AM…called front desk first night the same second night..sounded like long term stay people living there!!!

When I arrived they told me that I didn't have a room. They told me that they were transferring me to there other property when I got there they had no idea I was coming. I had to drive back and forth between properties until they figured out a room for me. Both hotels were dirty and run down.

Worst hotel stay ever. Avoid this place! Was told one thing when booking, and something else entirely when checking in. Dishonest and difficult night manager. No mention of construction and reno that had the building and parking lot torn up. Pictures deceptive. Worst customer service.

Most of things were OK. The WiFi kept disconnecting and was very slow. Sometime the signal was missing. The breakfast was OK as well. Needs to be more varied. The train noise at night was bad too. The staff were fine and friendly.

There was a man squatted outside the room door on his phone. The elevator smelled heavily of marijuana and was soaking wet. The bedding was stained. Only had access through front door but had to park in the back and walk around. People sleeping in cars in the back. Needle cap was in the parking lot the next day along with a used tampon. We moved the ottoman to block the door since it was so to late at night to find another hotel but left the next day.

As the price went up it wasn’t worth it anymore

The manager Briana was super helpful and kind. The night staff though was a different story. We stayed long term as we moved from Texas to Washington. During the day you could get help, but once the night came there was a male manager that was asleep on the shift. I understand it’s late but you have a job to do. I walked passed him out to my car then in and he didn’t even budge, did I mention theres a homeless camp near by. Many times there could be messes and trash I. The hallway a homeless man asleep in the stairwell and the only person to do anything was Briana. They also started remodeling and that’s cool and all but you can’t class things up all while keeping and allowing these things.

When we first arrived the night staff seemed to be unhappy and unfriendly. Would have been nice to hear about the ammenities offered by the staff such as what time the pool/hot tub is open and when breakfast begins. We were told to park in the back but then had to walk around the front to access the building as the back door was not working. There were sugar ants in our room that attacked our sodas in the night as well as stains in the bed sheets. The staff in the morning were much friendlier.

Would never stay there again

This had to be the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed at I have a broken leg and they could not even accommodate me with an extra pillow so that I could prop my leg up or an extra blanket their bathrooms are not ada accessible they barely had anything for their complimentary breakfast they had bread cereal and waffles they didn't have any coffee makers in their room The coffee that they had downstairs was empty all the time The guy at the front desk did not want to help me at all for anything that I had to ask for which I had to ask for sugar I had to ask for the coffee I had to ask for an extra pillow and blanket which they denied me I accidentally left my shampoo and conditioner and I believe the room attendant took that home because the only thing that they could find was my pillow that I left behind as well every time I called the hotel I was only able to get them to answer one time I called for my room never was able to get them to answer which made it to where I had to walk downstairs with my broken leg to be told no they cannot accommodate me with any of my requests I could have taken the money that I spent there and spent it on a much better place that I would have been happy at The front desk was very rude

BYOB-- Bring Your Own Bedding.

I got a room with 2 queens and a pull out couch so my 2 adult sons and I could have separate sleeping arrangements. When we asked for additional bedding, we were told they had to ask their manager, but we never got an answer. Thank goodness for Walmart delivery; I ordered a couple of blankets. Their pillows are tiny, travel or couch pillow size, not comfortable. Also, be prepared to have a $100 deposit charged to your card, which wasn't listed on my reservation.
