Upon checking in we noticed the property had a distinct smell. Once we got into our room, we were met with the smell of mildew. After walking around for about ten minutes, we all decided to just keep shoes on in the room as the carpet felt dirty. When we went to set up the pull out couch for the night, the mattress had stains and there were food crumbs and pieces that fell out of the folded up mattress as well. The tv in the living room was also damaged and they were aware prior to us checking in. We chose to stay since our booking was non-refundable. At about 1 am we were woken up to the room above us sounding like they were body slamming each other onto the floor. We called the front desk and they said they would look into it but the noise still continued for another hour. Overall the room was dated and did not look like the photos, was dirty, and will not be staying at this location in the future.

The staff was excellent, very friendly and welcoming. The one thing i would say is there is a Sonesta Simply Select and a Sonesta Simply Suites. When i got there to check in i went into Select and not Suites, not realizing there were even the two. Suites is back behind Select. I'd seen a review that maps hadnt given the correct directions and this may be what they were refering to, as maps gave me directions to the incorrect office as well. After checking in i ordered door dash, and the driver did the exact same thing. So, heres to hoping my review will help someone out and save you a few minutes! Otherwise my stay was great, no complaints. The water was hot, bed was very comfortable, place was clean, and the price was unbeatable & pocket friendly. Also this area of town was extremely quiet and safe, even during the dark hours. I highly recommend this place.

I booked a handicapped bathroom and didn’t get one. The floors and the couch in the room were dirty. There was some sort of dried liquid on the night stands and the big table. I bought bleach wipes to clean after I arrived. There was a powder on the counters and the range hood. The property was nice. People were friendly. Easy in and out. Great area and pretty quiet being near the airport.

Hidden Gem

Choose this hotel based on price, but after arriving we were impressed. Full kitchen, spacious room, and even a shuttle back and forth from the airport. It may be inexpensive, but it certainly didn't lack in accommadations.
