Hotel suite exceeded my expectations, and will be considering to stay here for my next visit to Washington/Seattle. Hotel has an amazing shuttle service to pick up/drop off to airport, or any location within 5mi radius. I chose to stay in the suite with a kitchen (included an oven, stove, dishwasher, full size fridge, and basic kitchenware), which allowed me to enjoy a simple cooked meal during my stay. Room was very clean and staff was very friendly. Ample parking, with a $10/night fee. 10/10 would recommend!

I liked the quiet location. I guess that being in a quiet location may attract thieves. So the on site security was nice to see. My only gripe was the screw in the shower knob (room 210) that turned on the shower was missing so I had to McGuyver it to turn on the shower and find the warm temp. I was fine with everything else.

The staff is nice, the place has a vibe that is initially off-putting, but once I was settled, I really liked the Sonesta Suites. I had a clean kitchen and room and I had access to a gym. These are things I need for a stay. There are dogs, which I like, popcorn in the afternoon and while it's tucked away, everything was walkable. I walked to Safeway, and to some local coffee spots and restaurants and it was a great joy to spend my nights in a quiet spot.

The stay was fantastic. Only one negative. No parking set up for trucks pulling trailers. Very disappointed in that! If parking next door as suggested you have to walk an extended distance. I am disabled and that was out ofmy ability. Install gates in fence line.

While the property was as advertised, it was not very clean. I used an entire bottle of Febreze to try and get rid of the smell. The hallway and elevator smelt like urine, and I'm pretty sure some used the AC as a toilet. You would think that they would clean the grease off the stove top from the previous stay, but you would be wrong. I'm also not sure if it is an apartment complex or a hotel. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was the price. If you are expecting to get what you pay for, you will not be disappointed.

I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but i wanted to this time. I arrived at SEATAC Airport & the hotel sent a shuttle to pick me up. The guy who drove said that he was also the front desk manager (i asked his name for this specific reason, but my memory is terrible). He was very friendly, SO kind, & extremely helpful. The young lady who checked me in at the hotel was also amazing (again, terrible with names. I asked her about her accent & she said she's from the Ukraine). She's so sweet & caring. They were both INCREDIBLE! The room was clean, quiet, & comfortable. The bed was a dream. Water pressure in the shower was awesome. The kitchenette was also super cool, although i wasn't there long enough to use it, unfortunately. In the morning, the front desk guy ended up calling me a Lyft because he was the shuttle driver, but couldn't leave the desk. He was also super kind & so helpful. One of the best hotels i have ever stayed at. I hope to come to Seattle again sometime so i can stay again!
