We had to move rooms once because the room was at 77 degrees and the heat would not turn off. Second room is not much better. It will not go below 75! It would be ok if the window opened!

It is a nice hotel, the rooms are spacious. However, they no longer have the restaurant which I was expecting. And there are not very many food destinations that are walkable. There are a few on the other side of the highway which an overhead bridge, but I wasn’t comfortable walking there in the dark.

Live tv channels did not work, called desk, a maintenance guy made it work better for about an hour then live tv went out again. Shower had some mold. Employees didn't seem welcoming or eager to help with anything. Probably would not stay here again. Hallways smelt like paint. Breakfast was decent, but we went really early to avoid the rush.

Rooms were clean, well appointed, and well kept, very convenient, right around the corner from El Corazon and had an amazing gluten friendly restaurant next door called Rizzi’s, highly recommend and will be back!!
