The hotel staff at this hotel was amazing and super accommodating. I'd stay again just because of the staff. The host at the desk was super friendly and helped me solve a door dash issue. The shuttle driver was fast and courteous and helped with our baggage and drove us to another hotel to pick up our food, when door dash dropped it at the wrong hotel. They went above and beyond and Im not sure if I would have found the same service elsewhere. The room was very clean and very quiet. I'd absolutely stay there again the next time I'm in the area, and will recommend it to my friends. 20/10

It was ok for a night. The toilet didn’t work properly and wouldn’t flush and fill. The shower was freezing. The front desk last night was very nice and got us extra towels and shampoo/conditioner. The room was clean, but seemed much smaller and dated than advertised.

While it was certainly not one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed, it wasn't one of the best ones either. There was not anything inherently wrong, it was just little things. The toilet did not always like to flush unless the handle was held down until the water went all the way at the bottom--otherwise it took a bit of the toilet to be ready for use again; it was missing a TV remote, and when we got a spare, the volume buttons didn't work; not enough soap bars (though perhaps that is more of a personal matter than hotel matter as we are a family of 6 and needed more than 2 soap bars); those kind of things. Overall the staff was friendly and accommodating, and we really just needed the hotel for sleeping, eating (the free breakfast was decent, just perhaps more fruit options, and we enjoyed the waffle machine), and showering. We were otherwise gone during the day doing touristy activities. It was overall an average stay.

I came in on the 5th of April, around 12am. The lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. She was the best thing about the hotel. Can’t remember her name, but she was dark skinned with an slight accent that sounded Jamaican or similar. The front check in area was nice, my room, however, had 2 bugs in it, one on the window, and the other in the restroom. There were also marks and a little bit of dust on my night table next to the bed.
