If you like seeing homeless all around great place

Don’t book this hotel and pay for parking in their “secured” pay Per night parking fee. May car was vandalized and large spare tire worth way more than a few nights stay was stolen and all could say was they would refund my parking fees. Don’t believe them. The manager hung up on me because he basically couldn’t give me an answer to why if they have security, cameras etc they wouldn’t take any responsibility for the theft. Also if you wanna look at homeless all around then that’s the place you wanna stay. If you don’t find a different hotel.

The staff was super friendly and helpful and there was multiple ways of getting around. The hotel even offered ways to get to our flights and our ships. They also had bikes available for guest and most places were close enough to walk to.

This hotel is in a prime location whether you're going to the convention center, want to explore the market, or go towards Seattle Center. There's also bus lines surrounding the hotel, making it easy to get further out if you want. The neighborhood is broadly safe with most of the people roaming around minding their own business. Rooms can be a little noisy in some cases but generally a solid budget choice to explore the area from.

This place was super awesome staff were super sweet and helpful. This place is an older building obviously but they did an amazing job on renovation everything felt super clean and all amenities were so great! Also everything we wanted to visits was within walking distance. Not to mention how affordable it was you can’t go wrong here I’d love to come back!
