Superb friendly service and staff, very nice hotel, I was upgraded from my petite queen to a normal one...sweet. Area a bit dodgy, but they have a night security guard, super restaurant strip right behind. Highly recommend eating at Chiho Bistro, the spicy beef soup is a winner and totally authentic! Walkable to many places, so location convenient. Would defo stay again.

The hotel was located between two venues I wanted to see. Both an easy walking distance. The hotel was well maintained and the staff was very helpful and pleasant to talk too. Busses stopped close by and the lite rail was within a few blocks.
