•Please be respectful of the neighbors. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.
•No loud noise or music past 9 PM
•Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, AC/heater.
•Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.
•No Shoes inside the property.
•No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean carpets and scrub walls.
•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected.
•Checkin time is 4 PM - 12 AM (fees will apply after 10 PM)
•Checkout time is 10 AM.
•No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
•No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up.
•No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture
•No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.

The property is nice and decorated in a fun way. Saying the parking is included is a stretch, as you need to park on the street and most days we had to park quite a ways from the property. Overall a nice stay for a family or friend group looking to enjoy Seattle.

This was a great property to stay in for a family with kids. All 6 of us slept comfortably, though the living space was a little tight for us to hang out in together. We were not at the property much though, as the area was very convenient for visiting the downtown and Seattle Center areas. A bus stops just down the street, which was great when our kids were too tired to walk back.

Stayed with a friend for 4 nights. Host graciously allowed us to check in early. That was really kind. Convenient location across the street from bus stop was a plus. We figured out the transit system and were able to go all the way back to SeaTac for just 3 per person!Most of the indoors is as described one bedroom does have a small desk and a mirror to use as a workspace or vanity. When I stay someplace for more than a night or two, I like to unpack, and there are no dressers here because there wouldn’t be room for them in the bedrooms. There are luggage racks and hangers in the closets so you have to live out of your suitcase. The one bummer was the outdoor living space. We chose this rental because of the outdoor space. But it disappointed and we didn’t use it at all. It is accessed via a path outside the unit. On our arrival, the path was overgrown with some sticker branches. The space itself wasn’t feeling maintained. Outdoor furniture and cushions were dirty and weeds were growing through the Astro turf. That space isn’t private to this unit. It’s shared with the upstairs unit and visible to the other units in the building. Also wasn’t clear from the description that I was renting a home in a multi family building. Neighbors weren’t loud but there’s always some neighbor noise when you’re the bottom unit. We still had fun but it didn’t entirely match up with what we were anticipating.

Great rental!

This is one of the best rentals I’ve stayed in. It is beautifully decorated and cozy! The owners have put a lot of thought into the details. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the bedrooms were comfy. It was also a very convenient location for our activities.

Good little place

The property was very clean and the beds were nice and soft. The shower is huge and there was plenty of towels, paper products and even coffee and creamer. Although we did have an issue with the keurig that Carter tried to help troubleshoot. The master bedroom had a view of the back yard with access along the pavers on the side of the property. We enjoyed the table top gas fire pit and corn hole. You can unload your vehicle next to property, but parking is only along the road or in the surrounding neighborhood expect to park up to a 5 minute walk away. There is only a small couch/loveseat in living room and benches at the table.
