Nice hotel with spacious comfortable rooms. It is near the airport and convenient. Other guests were a bit noisy and my upstairs neighbor was up late and in the wee hours of the morning stomping on my head.

The food at the Bistro was a pleasant surprise. I didn’t expect much but the food tasted very fresh and well made. At check in my sister was given a key to a room that was already occupied. Huge inconvenience for her and the occupants. A new room was assigned but after a full day of travel that was not a good way to end the day.

Adequate

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The woman who ran the little cafe there was incredibly kind and hard working. We had no issues with the hotel though it was a bit lacking in personality but without a car, it was hard to find any restaurants nearby - there are a few within walking distance though one, at another hotel, was outrageously priced - $30 for a hamburger. We wound up having pizza delivered. The area is walkable, however unpleasant due to traffic but the real issue is the homeless/drug population. Somehow we thought the airport area would escape this issue that is so prevelant downtown but no, there were erratic and sadly, very filthy people on every street corner, in the fast food restaurants, and we did not feel safe outside our hotel.

Shuttle was terrible. I’m 65 they did not pull out any step and can is high. Others older than me were struggling as well. 2 different drivers both did not get steps out of front.
