Whether you’re cooking a family meal or preparing a gourmet dinner, this kitchen has everything you need. Burnside Villa features four beautifully designed bedrooms. The master suite has a king-sized bed, a private balcony with vineyard views, and an ensuite bathroom with a large tub, walk-in shower, double sinks, and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom, also with an ensuite bathroom, has a queen-sized bed and is perfect for guests seeking a bit more privacy. The third bedroom offers two twin day beds with pull-out trundles, great for children or additional guests. The fourth bedroom has a queen-sized bed, dedicated workstation and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom.

For relaxation and entertainment, the game room offers a pool table, game table, wine and beer bar, and a 75 inch large-screen TV with a spacious sectional sofa. This setup makes it an ideal spot for family fun, friendly competition, and gatherings for game days or movie nights. Need extra sleeping space? The game room includes a queen-sized Murphy bed conveniently located near a full bathroom.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire estate, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. This includes the main house, pool and hot tub area (seasonal use), patios, fitness area, game room, laundry facilities, and 3-car garage. The gated property offers enhanced privacy and security, with additional parking available for RVs, boats, or extra vehicles. Self check-in is available via smart lock, and detailed arrival instructions will be provided before your stay.
