WELCOME TO COFFEE POT COTTAGE!

Coffee Pot Cottage is a premium vacation rental property in a premiere location just steps away from the trail system. It is a quaint, super-clean southwestern 1,000 sf private residence located on Soldiers Pass Road in Sedona, adjacent to one of Sedona's most exclusive neighborhoods. Numerous walking and mountain biking trails may be accessed close to the cottage. Relax in the hot tub or on the three secluded patios of the fully-enclosed, south-facing yard and be mesmerized by the surrounding red rock views of Coffee Pot Rock, Thunder Mountain, Sugar Loaf Mountain, the Sphinx, Brin's Mesa, Tea Pot, Shark Fin, Munds Mountain and more.

Inside, enjoy the bright, cozy, clean, modern living space, featuring a high-end kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, a comfortable living room with leather loveseat and chair, wireless, high-speed internet (wi-fi), gas log fireplace and flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a queen bed with memory foam mattress, and the second bedroom is furnished with a twin bed with memory foam mattress. For your comfort there's a selection of pillow types to choose from, including memory foam, feather or polyester. The master bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. There's also a rear sun/yoga room with comfy seating and two yoga mats. A stacked washer and dryer is also available for your convenience.

The cottage is located close to numerous trails, making it the ideal base camp for day hiking or mountain biking. It's also within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, Whole Foods, and more, approximately 1.7 miles from the front door! Walk the trails to the Sedona City pool and Posse Grounds activity area, including tennis/pickleball courts, about one mile away. A parking pass for Sedona-area trails is provided to our guests for use during their stay (not valid at Federal or State parks).

Coffee Pot Cottage is perfect for a short getaway, longer vacations, or for an extended trip while working remote. Convenient parking for up to two vehicles is provided on the private driveway.

Great house for a three-day stay in Sedona. It’s within easy walking distance to Soldier’s Pass trailhead and other trails, and pretty easy driving distance to the other trails and canyons of west Sedona. The house itself was neat and clean, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Coffeepot Cottage was the perfect place for a relaxed, romantic stay in the midst of beautiful red rock Sedona. The property was well-appointed. The location was ideal for hiking, sight seeing, and shopping, as well as a convenient home-base for farther excursions. We enjoyed the hot tub and star-gazing daily, appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, and loved the private feel of the location. The hosts were responsive and welcoming. We would choose Coffeepot Cottage again on future stays.

This was perfect spot to hike or ride bikes. The house was beautiful and clean. Which is top of my priority list. The only downside was no place for me to my hair and makeup when going out in the evenings. Because the bathroom counter has zero counter space and the lighting is the dim. So that was only challenge the entire stay but other than that it was absolutely perfect and high end kitchen appliances and plenty of space. Beautiful views right outside the door but the backyard was surprisingly very private and tranquil. Trailhead was within walking distance and shops are so close by. Host was very helpful and responsive. Top notch neighborhood! Neighbors were kind and friendly!

We loved this house! It was situated on such a quiet street, with an incredible view. Our favorite thing to do was sit on the front patio and watch the hummingbirds. The close proximity to shopping and sight seeing was fantastic. Thank you for such a lovely place!

Great Cottage!

This is a great cottage, but ESPECIALLY if you are into Hiking and Cooking. The location is only 3 blocks from the Soldier Pass trail head, one of the Epic launching points for multiple hikes. And the kitchen has a new Sub Zero Fridge, gas range, and plenty of cooking pans ect..Everything was exactly as advertised. No complaints.We would stay here again!

Fantastic Location

This will be our place to stay when in Sedona! Located a few minute's walk to Soldier's Pass Trail and easy drive for other trails, groceries and restaurants. Excellent communication and immediate response, exceptionally clean and easy parking. Relax!!!!

Home was very cozy. We hiked a couple of days and it was very convenient to the trails. Hottube was fantastic at the end of the day while enjoying a glass of wine. Plenty of towels and kitchen ware and expansive cable channels. The only negative which is minor it that the dishwasher needs to be replaced. Otherwise our trip was very enjoyable.

Beautiful house in an exceptional neighborhood. Far enough removed from central Sedona that you feel secluded and can avoid most of the town's traffic. You can walk to Soldiers Pass Trailhead. Will repeat next year.

Everything you need steps away from trails!

Beautiful property with everything you need, relaxing, and isolated from the noise of town and neighbors. Walked to several trails from the house and avoided most shuttles and parking lots, which was amazing! Gorgeous views. We loved it!

Great location. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Secluded but easy access to trails. Cozy home in the winter due to fire place and heater on the sun porch but bring thick socks or slippers for the cold tile floors.

BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN, GREAT LOCATION

My husband and I stayed here for our 15 year anniversary trip. It was our first time to Sedona and one of the things I loved best about this property was the organization of the host-Jared. Complete binder with suggestions of places to go, trails to do, restaurants, and more. Communication was excellent and not over board. The hot tub jacuzzi was a perfect addition and clean as well. Walking distance to Soldiers Pass. And great drivable distance to many other trails. Jared also called at the end to connect which was a nice personal touch. We will definitely be recommending this property to family and friends and hope to visit again ourselves.

Great Sedona rental property!

Great home to stay in close to Sedona. Very clean, great kitchen and living room area, perfect yard and hot tub, close to shopping, spectacular hiking trails a 5 minute walk away! I have zero complaints and will be staying there again. I would highly recommend renting it to anyone
