The Bell Rock Inn is our favourite place to stay, period. We have traveled the world extensively and have never stayed somewhere that just has the warm, happy, peaceful vibe that the Bell Rock Inn has. Everything from the rooms, the grounds, the pools, and especially the staff make staying here a special experience. On our summer travels to the American Southwest, we have made journeys out of our way just to spend a few nights here to destress and relax before continuing on. We’ve only encountered a problem here once and it was an inconvenience at most and the staff went so far and above to make make us 100% satisfied that it was right then and there we knew we would be coming back here for years to come. Customer service goes such a long way, other hotels take note! I want my review to be well rounded so I will include that some of the people we met at the pool did say their room wasn’t the nicest but again the staff went above and beyond and moved them to a much nicer room (the same one we had). We will return to the Bell Rock in the future, and I can honestly say its pretty much the only hotel I can say that about.

I liked the property and found it to be really clean and a very well stocked room. My only drawback was that it was noisy at times. You could really hear people above you, and the pool was right outside my window. Both contributed to noise. It did have wonderful views around it. Lots of gorgeous Rock

Bell Rock Inn was a good and convenient location for visiting Sedona and Oak Creek. It was clean and well kept. Our room was very large. My only complaint is that the rooms are not sound proof at all. We heard every noise from the hallway including the ice machine filling with water. I wasn’t able to sleep well. Definitely will take ear plugs next time.
