Excellent place. The room was remodeled, everything was new. It had coffee, clean/new towels, and the hotel is in an excellent location. Free parking and very friendly service at the lobby. The only thing I didn’t like was something they explained was not the hotel’s fault but an Expedia issue, which is where I made the reservation. There was a $200 deposit required at check-in, and I was not aware of it. This was not mentioned in the Expedia description. I only found out two days before arrival when the hotel sent me additional check-in information. The money was refunded to my account without any problem a few days after check-out, but this is something Expedia should clearly explain from the beginning.

The room was spotless and had everything a person could ask for and more. They were super fast and efficient when we asked for de caf coffe (had it to us with in no time. Beautiful pool and facilities. Large bathroom great fireplace, nice sitting area, wonderful comfortable king aize bed. Would definitely stay here again.

Plus: This hotel is in a great location, not too far from central Sedona. Parking is plentiful. Pool is heated. Kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. Minus: Closet is a bit small. TV does not support streaming. Timeshare sales seem quite pushy. Check out time is earlier than most US hotels.

This is a beautiful, modern, clean, and above average Inn. It has a wonderful location close to restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend this to any traveler. Wheelchair accessible and everything on the grounds is well maintained. When visiting the area, I will be back.

Building is old but well maintained. Spacious and had everything we needed. Staff was very friendly and location was convenient. Near bell rock but it sounded like there was a balcony on expepedia but the room didn’t. Also outdoor chess and picnic tables make the area fun. Hot tub wasn’t hot, was more like bath water. Maybe in the summer the hot day makes it feel hotter but it is just warm. Didn’t try the pool because the hot tub was pool temp.
