This is one of the best deals in Sedona. Cute self-contained studio apartment with separate entrance close to parking. This suite is a basement apartment. It has two beds (one queen and a double futon), kitchenette, bathroom, and a flagstone patio. The kitchenette contains all the equipment and utensils needed to make and consume small meals. Close to all amenities, hiking and biking trails, and entertainment in West Sedona. (This is a basement apartment, and while I have done everything possible for sound barriers, you will hear muffled footsteps).

Ms. Edie was so great! She responded quickly and was very accommodating. I stayed two nights here during a road trip from Dallas to California. The studio was cozy and homey which was exactly what I needed! The bed is super comfortable, the bathroom and shower was clean, the kitchen had snacks and coffee that we got to enjoy. The futon was a nice place to sit and watch tv after a long day of driving and hiking. I cannot recommend this place enough! :)

Ideal location which is near to downtown Sedona. Hiking trails a block away which were quiet unlike the popular routes used by tourists. We would certainly return to this rental again.

Marriage proposal trip

Edie’s place was cute and much bigger than it appears in the photos, a lovely little patio area and Super convenient location close to everything in west Sedona. We felt right at home and she was kind enough to be flexible on our checkout time! Five out of five stars :)

Amazing little get away!

Just walking down the slate path to the entrance was beautiful. I was pleaseantly suprised when I walked in the door and found this zen hidaway! Everything was just perfect!!! Everywhere I looked there was something unique to behold. I LOVED EVERYTHING about this Amazing home. It had everything I could possibly need! Thank you soooo much!!! I will be back to stay again, you can count on it!
