Welcome to your Sedona sanctuary!
Unwind and relax in our first-floor condo that comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests, featuring:

Two bedrooms, each with queen beds and Smart TVs

A fully remodeled bathroom

A modern kitchen stocked with essentials

A comfortable living area perfect for cozy evenings

Step outside and enjoy the heated seasonal pool or the sport court for a quick match before heading out to explore the stunning red rock trails nearby.

Everything is professionally cleaned after each guest for your peace of mind.

The condo is fully stocked and professionally cleaned after each guest. There are 3 smart Roku televisions. You are welcome to log in to your own subscriptions on our Smart TV's, just remember to sign off before you check-out.

-Guest Starter Supplies:
We understand travel can be tiring, so we provide thoughtful starter supplies to make your stay easy and comfortable:
Shampoo, conditioner & lotion (travel size)
Toilet paper & paper towels
Dish soap, sponges, trash bags, and basic kitchen necessities
Fresh coffee, sugar, and a few extra touches

Please note: These are starter items, you may want to bring additional groceries or specific items like spices or Ziploc bags if you plan a longer stay.

Pool closures or maintenance are handled by the community.

There is a Ring doorbell security camera in place for your safety outside the entrance door. Please do not touch or tamper with the camera.

It’s not unusual for native bugs/critters to get into the condo. The condo is thoroughly cleaned to minimize the presence of pests and monthly pest control services are performed. Please be courteous and close the door behind you to prevent unwanted critters indoors. Please be understanding of the fact that we don’t have total control over nature.
