One of the home`s most unique advantages is private backyard access to 79-acre Posse Grounds Park. Step directly onto the fitness trail and enjoy nearby pickleball, tennis, playgrounds, mountain biking, sports facilities and recreation. The Sedona Shuttle at Posse Grounds also provides convenient access to select popular trailheads.

Inside, soaring ceilings and an open-concept great room create a beautiful gathering space with comfortable leather seating, fireplace, 65` Smart TV and Sonos sound. The fully stocked kitchen features generous prep and dining space for memorable meals together.

Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted without prior written approval.

No Smoking
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home or garage.

Quiet Hours
Please respect our residential neighborhood and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, particularly when enjoying the outdoor areas.

Care of the Home
Please use the provided coasters and placemats to protect furnishings and tabletops. Makeup cloths are provided in the bathrooms for your convenience.

Children & Rooftop Safety
Children must be closely supervised throughout the property, particularly on the stairs, rooftop deck, and around the hot tub. There are no child-safety gates at the top or bottom of the rooftop stairs.

Hot Tub
Please follow the provided hot tub guidelines and supervise children at all times. Use of the hot tub is at your own risk.

Security & Noise Monitoring
Exterior security cameras and a noise-monitoring device are used for property security and compliance with local regulations. There are No cameras inside the home.

Before Checkout
We appreciate your help with these few simple items:
• Remove personal food from the refrigerator and freezer.
• Place used towels in the bedroom hampers. Please do not strip the beds.
• Place trash in the designated outdoor bins.
• Return household items, games, and recreational equipment to their original locations.

The most amazing trip. House is spotless, beautiful furnished yet welcoming and comfortable. All details were five star- amenities, appliances, even the sheets and beds were like those at a very high end hotel. Excellent stay, the house looks like it was recently built or renovated. Everything was extremely well thought out including the decor. The rooftop balcony was amazing. We sat out there and saw the mountains as we drink coffee in the morning. Enjoyed the salt water tub. My wife and I also had wine and a homemade charcuterie board next to the fire pit. We went hiking near by. It was the best trip!

Loved this house!

The location was awesome. It was close enough to all the touristic spots but far enough away to get the beauty of Sedona. Gorgeous house, very clean and well kept. All the beds were comfortable. While our group was a bunch adults, it would very easily be a great stay for a family.

What a place! What a view!

Perfect setting for a family!

The house is beautiful and all appointed. There are lots of thoughtful touches to make the stay truly relaxing. Our family loved being able to walk to the park. We spent hours playing on the playground, playing kickball and pickle ball, and enjoying the trail access!

Great Property in heart of Sedona

My wife and 3 sons stayed at the house, we had plenty of room, it was very clean and well appointed. The rooftop patio is great in the mornings and evenings with terrific views. The location is great, very close to Whole Foods and Uptown Sedona. Would recommend.

Beautiful Property!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! This home is comfortable and very close to the shuttle stops to take you to the trailheads. It’s a great location and the neighborhood has so much to offer! We felt very much at home here. Close, quiet & cozy!

We had an amazing stay! The home is beautiful and close to downtown and all the great trails. We enjoyed roof top sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen was well stocked to make a lovely holiday dinner. Amazing Place, Amazing Views, Sedona perfection

The property and the views could not have been beat. Candie was an excellent host, did everything to make our stay perfect including ordering pickleball equipment for us to use. Had an amazing stay with our family of 7 and would go back for more hiking, hot tub nights and morning coffee on the rooftop. Loved every minute.
