Would not stay here again. You have to pay $25 a day for parking and it’s way out of town, no restaurants nearby and no restaurant in hotel. Room was so smelly we had to change rooms. The pull out bed was the worst we’ve ever seen and we use pull out beds a lot. Pool was nothing special. No views. Breakfast was ok.

The facility is in amazing shape. The grounds and pool area are lovely for lounging. The staff was so helpful. I am in a wheelchair, and they made every effort to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay.

Overcharging charging pet fees twice no boundaries entered my room without permission twice when two signs of do not disturb and pet sign on the door.Traumatized my cat and mold and toxic chemicals in the vent when turned on.We paid over 500$per night and left unwell.

Very unfortunate experience with front office staff on a Saturday. We had been given a handicapped access room as they said they were full up ( fair) but when we went to ask for a full ironing table and a portable full-size mirror, they declined any help, openly lied to us, threatened to have us thrown out. Never have we encountered anything like this. The front office staff on the Monday were more polite. But we are simply shocked that an iconic company like Marriott can per It behavior like that of Saturday in the hospitality industry. Happy to talk more on this

We thought it was ok, but our room was noisy. We had pounding outside, kids hitting the walls and screaming, then the person above dropping things on the floor. We were tired from flying and being up since 2:30am ET flying to AZ. It was not relaxing and quiet to get rested up. Told them on check out and they said we should have asked for a quiet room and we could have called. Well, we were so tired we did not want to deal with it, and understand kids can be noisy, but the building should have been somewhat more soundproof. There was no sound proofing.

Housekeeping could do better with cleaning floors, shower floors, bathroom floors, all handles front of cabinets, dishes\silverware in suite, carpet could use a deep clean, and all furniture in room. Lighting along outside property was broken or not working Staff could be less loud including housekeeping as well as doors. If you are looking to not be disturbed or have anxiety highly recommend earplugs as doors are heavy & slam extremely loud. Overall good place for a nice getaway.

Great hotel for family. Pull out bed was terrible condition for kids. We had to make it ourselves. Paid parking for a parking lot with so much available spots seems unnecessary. A bit out of town, but worked good for us.
