Located in West Sedona, Sedona Mountain sits on a quiet cul-de-sac, and is close to hiking trails and Amitabha Stupa and Peace Park. You'll also be situated close to the popular AZ 89A area where you'll enjoy numerous of restaurants and shopping options.

This single-level property offers 1,100 square feet, two bedrooms, an Arizona sunroom, and two bathrooms to accommodate up to seven guests. And you will find you enjoy gorgeous views from nearly every room.

Entering the house through the front door you'll be greeted by a welcoming entry way. A few more steps put you directly into the main great room holding the living room, kitchen, and dining area.

Living Room: Enjoy contemporary furnishings including a sofa and accent chairs, a Smart TV, and easy access to the backyard spaces.

Kitchen: The kitchen was recently update and is fully equipped with stainless appliances and a kitchen island with seating for two.

Dining area: The dining area offers a dining table with seating for six.

Master bedroom — King size bed, Smart TV, en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2– Full-size bed, Smart TV, desk area, and private access to the outdoor areas; access to the shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Sunroom — Full-size bed, twin bed, access to the shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo. (This room does not have central air, but there is a portable A/C unit that is available for use. This room currently has no window shades.)

The outdoor spaces offer lots of outdoor seating, outdoor dining with seating for six and a propane BBQ. There is also seating on the front porch.

Nice home. Spacious and clean. Driveway was steep and complicated to navigate at night to get into garage. Not the ideal situation for elderly couples trying get into garage. Recommend adding driveway lights as the area is extremely dark in nirghborhood

Battled ants in the kitchen. Lost some of our food due to the ants. There were yard service workers that were there the first two days of our stay. No notification of this. Getting in and out of garage was a challenge due to the steepness of the driveway.

Nice location on a cul-de-sac, and easy to get to everything in Sedona from the neighborhood. The driveway is kind of a doozy and might warrant some advance warning, but the house itself is great. We loved being able to walk to a trailhead right from the house, and the outside areas were great for early morning breakfasts and stargazing alike. Seeing a big group of javelinas march by in the morning of our first day there seemed like a good omen!

Quick weekend getaway

Pros: Check-in easy, dog friendly, had most items we needed, fenced in yard, great location. Cons: the rugs were wet and had a chemical smell upon check in and remained through second day, roaches in multiple areas of house,construction noise and traffic on a Saturday at neighboring property.

No surprises, except the bobcat in the backyard one afternoon. Beds and livingroom furniture were comfortable, quality cookware, kitchen and house well equipped (needed that snow shovel). Liked being close to trail. We would stay again with our little dog.

We were driving the perfect car for the driveway, Subaru Ascent.Best hiking out the back door with a block and half to the Trailhead - loved that. No parking pass required.Nice homey feel to the house and patios.Thank you for having us, your hospitality was very much appreciated!

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home; we have a family of 5 and enjoyed also bringing our dog with us. It was nice that the property was fenced so we could leave our pup for short periods of time without worrying about her getting out. Also loved this home’s proximity to some trails! Basic necessities were provided and the home was very clean.

Good hiking days . Relaxing backyard. Driveway very steep bent our trailer hook up connection. No garage door opener. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Excellent bbq but no utensils. We did enjoy our stay.
