Girls getaway

6 old friends from various parts of the country met for a 5 day stay in Sedona. The house was perfect for us. The bedrooms were comfortable. We enjoyed the jacuzzi after a long day of discovering Sedona. The creek behind the house was an added adventure to check out. We wanted for nothing, as the house was so well stocked. A great place to stay.

Wonderful Home and Location!

We had a group of 8 of us and found this to be such a comfortable and welcoming home- from the roomy indoor spaces and four bedrooms and two baths to the fantastic back yard, hot tub, access to Oak Creek and close to two main roads for town access, it has much to offer. The backyard has a variety of seating areas and I think we used them all. The kitchen was well appointed and there were even specific towels for hot tub/creek. I really appreciated Bobbi Jo’s communication too. Parking was easy and we had such a fun time!

The house was perfect for a girls trip, but would also be great for families. We loved having a kitchen to fix our evening meals but it was close to restaurants when we wanted to eat out. Hot tub was great after a day of hiking. We had everything we needed and more. The owners were helpful, responsive and so gracious! We would definitely return to this property.

AMAZING!

What a beautiful property! An amazing experience overall. Communication with the host was exceptional and they really prepared the house well for my party of 10. Plenty of room for the entire family. The backyard was the favorite gathering spot. Really felt like home and in the most amazing spot nestled away in a quiet neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again! 10/10 recommend!

Absolutely delightful attention to detail! Light switchs labeled, cute little notes places right when you ask yourself a question, you can read the answer! We utilized the kitchen at max capacity and were 100% satisfied! We made 10 full home cooked meals for 7 desert adventurers. Literally everything you could need! Quiet neighborhood, super central. Excellent communication from the host, and over the top service making sure the extra beds were ready for us. Accommodating goe check in when i forgot the time zone change Very impressed, and would absolutely come back!

Great location, great house

We loved our stay and had a great time. The kitchen had everything we needed, king beds were great and the hot tub was lovely. The location was amazing, right in town and close to everything. The only thing I would have changed would be on-site laundry, but the owner did offer to take ours if we needed it. I just didn’t want to bother her.

Beauty in Sedona with dog

Location of property was great - close to everything yet in a tranquil spot close to the creek. The house was very clean and thoughtfully equipped - more like staying in a hotel than a vacation rental. The owners communicated well and made us feel very welcome even though we didn’t need anything from them. We had our elderly dog with us and the property was very dog friendly and had a great fenced in yard. Sedona was also dog friendly which made us feel at ease. I’d definitely stay here again.

House is homey & comfortable. Backyard is fun with outdoor games (cornhole fun!). The location in a nice quiet pretty tree filled neighborhood is within a short hike to Oak Creek which is gorgeous and swimable (if you don’t mind the ice cold water). No complaints & I would stay here again!

Great stay with the family

Beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub every day after our morning hikes. Great hike just down the street, and make sure you walk to the creek. Kitchen was stocked and everything labeled. Sadly, not all realized the bin for recycling and used it as garbage. So look for that! Nice private backyard and quiet area. No laundry facilities but lots and lots of towels. Very clean. We loved our stay.

Wonderful house, hosts, and location!

We stayed for a friend's birthday and we loved the house and location. We made the 20 min walk to Tlaquepaque for shopping. It was hilly, but a beautiful neighborhood and views. The walk to the creek and swimming hole was 6 mins away and it was gorgeous. The water was cold but refreshing on a hot day. The house has more amenities than I have ever seen in a rental. There are so many seating areas and tables, you can't use them all on a two day stay. It is very spacious and clean. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. We really loved our weekend in Sedona and this rental was a big part of that.

We had a great time at this property. We came here with four kids 9 and under and it was a great property for us. The house is on a quiet cul de sac. It has a great backyard with lots of yard games. The house was spacious and nice to spread out in. The kitchen was very well stocked.

The property was perfect for our family get together. We enjoyed playing cornhole during the day, and the fire pit and hot tub at night. Amazing to see all of stars. The owner was responsive to all our needs. The Keurig wasn’t working so a replacement was dropped off the same day. Recommended…

Great house, great location

Beautiful property with access to Oak Creek and downtown Sedona. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and unwind after hitting the trails. We also had our dog, and the yard was perfect for him to enjoy. I would highly recommend this property and if I ever travel to Sedona again with my family, wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again.

Fun for all

We had a great stay 2 couples and 5 kids plus an infant. The house was well stocked and the yard was fun for kids and adults alike. Creek access made for great hiking and swimming.
