Property was everything we had hoped. Clean and spacious, and the location was within a walk or short drive to so many shops and restaurants. Very pleased!

Check in was a challenge. I discovered my room was occupied when I opened the door! The woman screamed and slammed the door in my face! The office apologized and said the people in my room had changed from another room and it wasn’t noted in the computer! So they issued me a new room key to a different unit. She mistakenly programmed the key for 1 night instead of 3 nights and had to do it again! I was not happy. Layer that evening I found a bottle of sparkling cider on my patio as an apology for the issues. The unit was wonderful! It was a studio unit. Nicely furnished with kitchen and fridge. Bed was comfortable and the sofa was like new. It was very quiet too! Parking was a challenge. First come first served. Hard to find a space at night! Pretty grounds! Day of checkout house keeping knocked at 9:00. I responded and they opened the door! Saw I was there and said good morning and closed the door. Check out is at 10:00. So I checked out earlier than I hoped for and mentioned it to the front desk. He said they are not supposed to enter just leave the bag of replacement items out side until I have officially checked out. Other than that, I had a nice stay in my unit .

Perfect in every way. My husband and I stayed in a townhouse and everything was perfect, it was spacious, clean, had a comfortable bed, nicely decorated, & easy parking. The townhouse had everything you could possibly need, it was well equipped. It's also in walking distance to restaurants & stores.

The room was older and dark, since the only window in the room was in the front by the entry, but it was so clean and very comfortable for sleeping. We enjoyed ourselves and the property. The pool and hot tub were very clean. You will spend your days outside so coming back to comfort is pleasant. The staff was very accommodating.

Every staff member we encountered was incredibly pleasant. We felt safe, parking was easy, room was clean and comfy! My daughter even forgot her blanket in the room and upon returning they had it in the wash - we were able to come back a half hour later to a fresh blanket waiting at reception along with 2 other things my kids had forgotten lol. They were absolutely wonderful
