Essentially a timeshare resort, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. Cooking and eating basics are provided. There wasn't much of a view, and the coming and going of neighbors was audible, but as a home base for visiting Sedona, it's great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The nearby restaurants, supermarkets, and shuttles minimize traffic hassles.

Please note that this is an aparthotel, so housekeeping is not included. When we needed fresh bed sheets, we had to change them ourselves. Unfortunately, the replacement sheets were dingy, had holes, and looked quite worn. Noise was another issue: we could clearly hear our neighbors' voices in our unit. While it was nice to have a full-size fridge, the constant noise of it cycling on and off throughout the night disrupted our sleep, even though we wore earplugs. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly, the room was clean, and there was free parking.

Room smelled. Reception desk folks were not very warm/welcoming. Checkout is too early 10am. Laundry is very far away from quarters. Bathroom was just ok, just like the room and property.

While the property absolutely needs updating, it was clean and comfortable. Walls within our unit needed fixing with some areas of water damage and areas that needed maintenance, but overall a very nice stay

Everything we needed

Aside from being a bit pushy about viewing their “not a timeshare” show, everyone was very nice, the grounds were clean, the hot tub worked fine, and the accommodations had absolutely everything we needed. A few pots and pans, a microwave, hot plate, dishes, and all basic kitchen and dining ware made the stay very nice. There wrre extra towel and blankets too. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved this property! Bed was super comfortable & very quiet at night. We slept great. Good size room with everything we needed for light cooking after a day of hiking & someone on a hybrid vacation needing a work space. Spa was close by & awesome. Staff were all very friendly & helpful. We would absolutely stay again.

Hotel is nice has everything you need cups silverware baking stuff etc. beds comfy plenty of space. Took a bath on second floor an it leaked into the first floor. My two year old son was playing on the first floor slipped and hurt his leg and elbow falling. Maintenance came and said it was leaking through vent. Besides that it was nice

This is a charming resort located in the heart of Sedona, within easy walking distance of shops, dining, and groceries. The property is meticulously maintained and they have free activities every day. Rooms are spacious with soaring ceiling and fireplaces. The only possible downside is that they do try to make you sit for a time-share presentation in order to receive your "parking pass" for the property (you can request to skip the presentation).
