Tucked perfectly in the upper Sedona Plateau the suites are in Pueblo-style buildings with multiple pools and hot tubs. Having a full kitchen was so nice. We would have breakfast in the room, go hike, return for lunch and relaxation at the pools, then go out for dinner.

The first impression, the threshold seal on the door was partially torn off. The vertical gap on the side of the door was rather large. We were concerned about our safety because someone might be able to break in because of the gap between the door. It looks like someone had already attempted to break in because of the scratches on the door. We opened door and there was a roach, and a few insects flying around in the room. As our time there progressed even after maintenance sprayed for insects they continued to show up. We encountered at least 5 roaches among other insects. There was also a hole in the wall and only one remote for two TVs.

It was a great one night stay. Most importantly room was comfortable, quiet, and nice and clean. I did get a room for ADA, but it was ok by me. Parking was plentiful. I would've loved to stay there a week.

It was nicely located and had nice pools and spas. There were some things in the room that needed repairs—the shower door, the lock on the patio door and the safe did not work. But the room was nicely appointed and comfortable. The staff were very friendly.
