Soundproofing needed

We had a number of issues with our room: the main one being the lack of soundproofing as we had the mechanism for the lifts right next to us on one side so heard them every time they were used; and the shower cubicle for the next door room was actually built into a corner of our room so those guests might as well have been showering in our room. Even just talking next door we could hear them clearly. We also felt that there should have been somewhere to get coffee or tea as there were no facilities in the room. The painters were in whilst we stayed so care was needed in the stair area and this should have been highlighted on booking. On the plus side breakfast was very good.

Easy access to city center and clean rooms. Didn’t like that there was not enough parking although they did allow us to unload suitcases and then go to nearby public parking. Although there is an elevator to rooms, there is no elevator near reception area so you had to lift luggage up and down the stairs.

Cozy slice of heaven!

I loved this cozy and warm hotel. They did everything to accommodate my needs on Christmas Day and that terrace view was everything and more!

Reserved an economy room. The window only looked upon a ventilation shaft. And the room smelled a bit musty. For €10 more I switch to a room with a view and it was a whole lot better. I recommend an economy room with a view. It is worth the little bit more.

Nice clean hotel, helpful and pleasant staff. Very nice rooms with fridge and comfortable beds. Bathroom stocked with all the necesities. Hot water with great water pressure in the shower. Excellence location. A few minutes walk to the plaza, cathedral, alcazar, aqueduct, restaurants. Buffet breakfast has a variety of meats, cheese, breads, cereals, yogurt, pastries, fruits, juices, tea, cofffee machine, warm eggs and BACON! Well worth the $10 euros. Our stay was very pleasant. Beautiful town to rest and relax for a few days. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location

Great location, lovely big room but was located next to a public path which was quite noisy with revellers walking past in the early hours of the morning. Parking wasn’t available at the hotel during our stay but literally 5 minutes away was the public Cathedral car park which cost €17 for 24 hours.

Excellent place! Very clean and staff are very helpful & polite. The location is very close to dining and shopping just make sure you take a right instead of a left when you exit the hotel & maps is very helpful too. We felt very safe! There is so much to see that just one day is not enough.

Charming central spot for 2 nights

Charming 3 star hotel with a quick 5 minute walk to Plaza Mayor or an 8 to 10 minute walk to the Alcazar. We had a roomy triple with separate room for our son. Would absolutely recommend to other families.

It was hot and humid in our room. I asked about air conditioning and was told it was not available until the summer months. We were given a fan to use which helped but it was miserably warm and we barely slept. The hotel is nice, very limited parking and the hotel clerk did what she could to help.
