For those looking for a more upbeat getaway, Seguin is only 20-30 minutes away from major tourist areas like New Braunfels (Schlitterbahn), San Marcos (Texas State University), San Antonio and Austin.
The space
Welcome to our charming and cozy home located in the heart of Seguin, Texas! Our lovely 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is perfect for couples, families, and small groups of friends looking for a comfortable, clean and convenient place to stay while exploring the area.

The house features a cozy living room with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The dining area has a table that seats six, making it easy to enjoy meals together.
