Situated very close to the shoreline, this large cottage can make a small or large family feel very lucky to be living here! 5 minutes across the lake from Muskoka Woods Camp! 10 minutes to the town of Rosseau or 12 minutes to the JW Marriot or water ski show at Clevelands House.

PROPERTY
SWEVEN HEAVEN - The boathouse is where you spend your day on the rooftop deck - or on the dock itself at the boathouse bar, with shutters that swing open with an interior fridge and bar supplies inside! For entertaining guests, the upper deck is equipped with a four person dining table and matching umbrella. Great attraction for family and friends to boat over for! The rooftop has a gate to jump in the deep water below! New cedar decking around boathouse. The water at the boathouse is 10-14' deep and there is a shallow sandy area to the left of the boathouse for kids to swim. Deep water off the dock but to the right of the dock at the water's edge, there is a sandy shallow area that extends about 20' out about knee depth then drops to deep water. It is also a great area for getting in and out of canoes and kayaks.

INTERIOR
Large open-concept Great Room includes two spectacular views - the wall of windows overlooking the lake for daytime viewing, and the very large natural stone wood-burning fireplace for the evening. With 2 sitting areas, TV, dining table for 12 and beautiful chef's kitchen with Themador appliances and 4 bar stools, this cottage is a masterpiece for a fortunate family! Heated, reclaimed hemlock floors throughout the cottage help absorb the sound, and warm your feet in the few chilly days of the summer. The lower level has an entertainment room with 2 twin size bed-benches and ping pong table with walkout to front. With a recently installed heated floor, the lower level is home to the exercise room, which is equipped with a Bosu ball and range of bands. Framed posters line the walls of the workout room, with pictures of a scalable circuit workout for any level. All of the workouts use simple equipment and your own body weight, and it covers a full range of muscles. The exercise room also contains a double futon bed for extra overflow sleeping. The deck off the Great Room has dining table for 10 with a matching umbrella and additional sitting with outdoor patio furniture. The Control 4 Sound and Light system controls the outdoor lighting and speakers all over the cottage and deck with ability to have different music in different areas, all controlled by the iPad provided.
