We had such a wonderful stay at Terra Cave Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The location is perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. Our room was cozy and comfortable, with charming details that made it feel extra special. One of the highlights was the beautiful terrace, where we enjoyed stunning views of the hot air balloons floating over Cappadocia at sunrise. Truly unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Eram and his team are wonderful. We had a fabulous nice sized room above the office, with a view out to the pool- loved it! Nice bathroom, comfortable bed, great breakfast. We only wished we could have stayed longer - what an incredible area. Ephesus and St John’s Basilica are must sees in Turkey. Hopefully we’ll be back, it was that good!

The Livia Garden Hotel is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived until the day we left we were treated like royalty. The service was excellent and the breakfasts were truly epic! The rooms were spotlessly clean, well appointed and very comfortable; the garden was a lovely spot to rest and have a glass of something in the shade or at the end of the day. The location was perfect for us to explore Ephesus and the rest of the area - the local bus service was great, nearby and very easy to use. Erdem and the rest of the staff were friendly, professional and made us feel so welcome; they were a great source of information about local restaurants and places of interest. They were also really helpful in arranging the airport transfers and taxis when we needed them. They also kindly allowed us to keep one of our rooms for a late checkout as we had a late flight and really looked after us. This was our first visit to Turkey and I genuinely can't think of anything negative to say about our stay - I am very happy to recommend the hotel.

The hotel is very clean and charming. The staff was amazing, in particular the man at the reception during the day. He helped us organize our visits to the historic places and was always very helpful! Will definitely stay there again if we come back to Selcuk.

Fantastic Stay!

Our experience was fantastic! The service was so friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is situated off the Main Street back in a neighborhood with cobblestone streets and beautiful facades. Some wonderful restaurants were within a 1-2 minute walk. The property is beautiful with a simple quaint elegance that fits the small town vibe.

Wonderful garden hotel, well located near the centre of Selcuk and within walking distance to the museum, the basilica of St. John, Ephesus. The hospitality of the staff was excellent, the host make me feel at home from the first day I arrived and give lots of suggestion for my 3 day stay. An excellent Turkish breakfast was served every morning in the garden by the pool to get your day started before exploring. I highly recommended this hotel and I definitely will stay again.

The nice surprise of our trip

The town of Selcuk in general, and the Livia Garden Hotel in particular, have been the nice surprise of our trip. The hotel was expertly integrated into the town environment and both our friends and ourselves we loved the surroundings and the easy walk to the town center. Erdem, the hotel Manager, was simply amazing. Thank you, Erdem, for all your efforts, friendliness and efficiency. When, in the future, we consider another trip to the region, the Livia Garden Hotel, and Selcuk, will definitely be our first choice.
