This is one of the best hotels around the Ring road. Spacious, clean, nice looking rooms. Close to restaurants and grocery stores, center of town. Free breakfast with alot of hot food selections. Convenient to get to. I've stayed at this hotel twice during my visits to Iceland.

There is a large food court 2 blocks from the hotel. There were at least 10 food vendors so we had lots of options.

Enjoyed our stay here, very convenient to dining and shopping areas of Selfoss. The spa area was closed when we were there so no comment. Rooms were very clean. As an American, that was by far the warmest and stuffiest hotel room we stay at on our trip. I basically had to open the small window and fully open our room door to try to suck out all the hot air. Definitely get a room face in the parking lot to reduce any kind of road noise. If you get in late the parking lot will be full and you will have to park on the street. I would recommend asking for a room on the lowest floor possible if you’re looking for a room that is not super warm in the summer.

For a one night it was fine. Very small room. Couldn’t open two bags. On the other hand it has breakfast included (good too), bed was fine, most restaurants are very close.

There was no ice available and the refrigerator was warm. The rooms were too warm. You charge extra for hot tub and sauna. I paid a good deal of money, things should be available for guests! Eggs were yuck.
