Finca Ca Na Mavi is a unique experience. The holiday home is located in the north of the island, near Caimari, and is characterised by its Mallorcan-style stone façade and beautiful views.
The house is surrounded by a spacious garden with room for the children to play and a swimming pool for everyone. The terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a meal while taking in the views of the pool and the mountains in the background.
The holiday finca has air conditioning in the living room and is fully furnished. It sleeps 4 people and has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as a shared bathroom with a bathtub.

A stroll through your own garden, surrounded by fragrant oranges and lemons, not only offers a Mediterranean flair, but can also be used in a variety of culinary ways during the flowering season.

Our holiday home is nestled in an almost untouched natural landscape, gal, whether you want to go hiking, cycling, mountain tours, swimming or wonderful excursions in the surrounding area: are only a few kilometres away. The finca is an ideal starting point.

After these activities, you can relax in the private pool and enjoy the sun with your family.

Location
If you are looking for a change of scenery, a hike in the Serra de Tramuntana is the perfect choice. From Caimari, you can easily hike into the Tramuntana mountains. Selva is a small, cozy village with restaurants and terraces. Not far from Selva is Inca. An interesting town with a predominantly local population. Thursday is market day, one of the most famous markets on Mallorca. Here you will also find many nice stores and supermarkets. Just 20 minutes away by car you will find the beautiful beaches of Port d'Alcudia, Playa de Muro or Port de Pollença if you want to spend a day at the beach.

Longer stay next time

A wonderful property, with a great pool. We visited near the end of season when the weather was still warm and sunny. We could easily have stayed longer and hope to return sometime in the future.

Traditional Mallorquin Home Near Inca

This is a traditional Mallorquin house in a beautiful setting, close to the Tremontana mountains. Surrounded by a well-kept garden, the house belongs to a charming woman called Magdalena, who is clearly dedicated to keeping the property in excellent condition. The decor and fittings are undeniably old fashioned but retain a certain charm I suppose. And while we could have benefited from an air conditioner in every bedroom, we just about managed to keep the temperature bearable with the single AC unit in the living room. The pool is deep and clean, and there is a useful shelter for a car. The nearby towns of Selva and Campanet are good for essentials, while Inca is 15 or so minutes away for more extensive shopping. The wi-fi is good and there's a TV offering a large selection of satellite channels (though not many in English). I would personally have appreciated a larger selection of crockery and cutlery, a few more modern appliances and a walk-in shower - but if all of that is not important to you, then I'm sure you'll enjoy a stay at Ca Na Mavi.

Ausstattung und Atmosphäre• Die rustikale Einrichtung, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, sorgt für einen charmanten und authentischen Eindruck.• Leider zeigt sich auch bei nicht-rustikalen Elementen deutlicher Verschleiß• Die Klimaanlage ist nur im Wohnzimmer verfügbar, was in warmen Nächten herausfordernd sein kann.• Das Doppelbett ist mit ca. 140 cm Breite recht schmal• Ein klassischer Außengrill fehlt; stattdessen steht lediglich eine Grillpfanne zur Verfügung.Küche • Eine Spülmaschine ist nicht vorhanden.• Es wurde eine Weinflasche als Begrüßung bereitgestellt, jedoch fehlten passende WeingläserService und Zusatzkosten• Die lokale Steuer ist nicht in der Anzeige angegeben, aber vor Ort zu zahlen.• Die Entsorgung des Hausmülls muss selbst organisiert werden und erfolgt an einem ca. 15 Minuten entfernten Sammelplatz.• Zeitweise stört ein niederfrequentes Geräusch eines Stromoberkabels, das direkt an der Finca vorbeiläuft.Außenbereich & Umgebung• Die Außenanlagen sind ein echtes Highlight: gepflegt, einladend und liebevoll gestaltet.• Allerdings treten vermehrt Stechmücken aufFazit:Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft stimmungsvoll und durchaus reizvoll, allerdings trüben mehrere Details und der eingeschränkte Komfort das Gesamtbild.
