    This magnificent vacation home with swimming pool is located in the heart of Lot-et-Garonne and will delight lovers of nature and tranquility. This charming house furnished in the old outbuildings of a beautiful farm will delight you. The decoration is superb and authentic with lots of wood and stone. You will enjoy a private and fenced terrace, a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen and a bedroom with bathroom.

    Ideal for 2 people who want to experience the beauty of this region. You will enjoy a pleasant shaded terrace and a very pretty pool surrounded by greenery and bordered by a beautiful wooden terrace. The pool is shared with other vacationers in the area and is heated from June to the end of September and is accessible from 10 am to 7 pm.

    If you want to travel with more, you can rent at the same time the neighboring property with reference FAT059 for 4 people. The owners of the apartment are on site and will take care of you.

    On the slopes between Villeneuve-sur-Lot and Agen near the Dordogne, Gers and Lot you can visit many sights, villages and bastides such as Pujols and Penne d'Agenais.

    The peace and tranquility of the place will allow you to take long walks or bike rides from the house, which is located on the edge of the GR65-2 (Chemin de Compostelle) and close to many hiking trails.

    Take a horseback ride between Quercy and Périgord Noir in Pailloles (18 km), discover the world of truffles or bees in Tournon-d'Agenais (28 km), rent a canoe and explore the farmers markets , inns, local producers. Our region offers a rich and varied gastronomy. Do not miss the taste of Agenais, a hearty wine produced in the commune of Sembas.
