Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing due to several serious issues.
• We encountered large geckos multiple times inside the room and also near the room entrance, which was extremely unsettling and made us feel uncomfortable throughout our stay.
• Breakfast was very poor. There were insects and cockroaches around the food, and flies were sitting directly on the fruit, which raised major hygiene concerns.
• The restaurant had no air conditioning at all, making breakfast very uncomfortable due to the heat.
• Room cleaning was not done properly unless we requested it several times.
• The premium rooms had a strong damp and sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which was very unpleasant.
• During rain, water leaked into the room through the gaps under the door.
• When it was windy, the balcony doors and windows shook violently and felt very loose, making it difficult to sleep.
Overall, this hotel failed to meet basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, and maintenance. We would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.
