The staffs were excellent 👌👌. I like how central it is. My recommendation is to the owner(s) is to upgrade out all the towels, the robes and the sheets. Invest in some new and updated ones. You need for them to be white white and softer to touch. Overall I enjoyed my stay but kudos to the staffs that cater to my team.

I’d really recommend guests to purchase the breakfast buffet or at leas order the in house dining menu to be sent to the room. The pool is also breathtakingly beautiful.

The only thing I didn’t like at the breakfast nearly all the sweets and chocolate croissants were uncovered with bees and flys on them I did tell them they should be covered but they chose to not do anything about it but the staff were brilliant

I stayed at The Haven for 2 weeks in May. The team (Surya, Stefany, Jeffri - only some of the amazing staff) were always welcoming and helpful. Staff always greeted with a smile. I had spent 4 hours looking for accommodation prior to going to Bali - and I couldn’t have been more pleased with my choice. I initially had only 2 nights booked - but ended up staying for around 12 nights in total. So convenient to everything - quick walk to beach - supermarket just down the road - ATM across the street. Great pools and atmosphere and a lovely breakfast every morning - thank you to the Team at The Haven for making my first solo trip feel safe and comfortable.

We had booked a pool view room starting Saturday but, due to flight issues, we could only arrive on Sunday. Upon arrival, we were informed that our room was not ready. After some waiting, we were given a room and told it was an upgrade. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected. The room appeared unprepared and unwelcoming—there was even a welcome note addressed to someone else, and amenities were incomplete. The bathtub had drainage issues, the door to the balcony wouldn’t close properly, and the towels were extremely worn out. For a first-time visit to Bali, this was a very disappointing start. The service and room standards did not meet the expectations set by the booking or the hotel’s reputation.
