We booked this villa and it did not disappoint. It was clean, close to the Bintang supermarket part of Seminyak (10 minute walk through side streets). When I had a request, the staff were always helpful. I had read previously some negative reviews however ours was positive. The staff were helpful and looked after our luggage when we checked out but had time before our flight. It is also good value, for the price it’s good value.

NO AIR CONDITION, FOOD-I WON'T FEED TO MY PET, NO PHONE IN ROOM, NO SERVICE, NO SECURITY, NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE. ROOMS ARE VERY OUTDATED, WE DID NOT FEEL SECURE AT THIS PLACE AT ALL, AND IT WAS VERY VERY DARK, ALSO THERE WAS A LOCK OUTSIDE OUR DOOR, IF IN CASE OF FIRE, WE WOULD HAVE BEEN STUCK IF SOMEONE WISHES TO LOCK US IN!

This property was quiet, private pool was clean and well maintained.staff excellent, villa very clean and roomy. Close to everything we needed. Sercurity was fabulous. Room was spacious, comfy couch , small table and chairs, our door shower and toilet, plus a bath. Definitely stay here again

The location is not good,far from the beach.

The room is old and no house phone, no micro wave, bathroom no bathtub, also the bath room towel has to be replace with the new towel because looks filthy. This property is over rate and over price.

Pleasant stay

Had a good time tho couldn't spend much time in the room however the staff is very friendly and helpful. Arranged a bike and also took me to a very reasonable bike renter. Breakfast was good and there were movie options for a lone traveller. Lovely bathroom. Would recommend the pool be cleant more frequently.

・アメニティ ： シャンプー、ボディソープ リンスなし、歯ブラシなし、タオル大小が人数分あり ・スタッフ ： みな親切で笑顔。人が良さそう。 ・無料Wi-Fi ： 弱い。端末による。 簡易なサイト閲覧程度。 ・部屋 ： 2ベットルームで予約 リビング、ベッドルーム2つの計3部屋 広さは十分。 鍵で閉じてたが、もう1つベッドルームがある模様。 リビングにはダイニングテーブル有 ・鍵 ： 塔の入り口、各部屋それぞれあり、 夜は全部閉めちゃえば安心 ・キッチン ： ガスコンロ2つ 皿、食器は一通りあり フライパン小さいの1つのみ 大きいの頼んだら鍋持ってきてくれたが小さい ・シャワー : ベッドルームごとにあり 湯量は少ないがお湯出る バスタブなし ・掃除 ： 問題なし。きれい。 でも一応部屋用の使い捨てスリッパ持参したのは正解。 ・テレビ ： 各部屋にあり ・エアコン ： 小さいが各部屋にSHARP製有 ・プール ： 水は緑。冷ため。 ・朝食 ： 少なめ。スイカジュースが美味しい。ナシゴレン、ミーゴレン、パンケーキ、オムレツ&ブレッドの4択 ・虫 : 懸念していたが、多少いる程度。 各部屋に電源系虫除け機の様なものあり ・ホテルの周り：すぐ前にコンビニあり。レストランも数点、スパも数点。困らない。 ビンタンスーパーが徒歩圏内。 →部屋が広くて快適だし、スーパー近いし、移動に便利だし、総じて満足。プールだけちょっと残念。

預算有限想住villa可以考慮

基本上還不錯！只是蚊子真的太多了！雖然有附蚊帳～還是整晚被咬不停～～室內打掃的很乾淨！服務也很好！本來check out時間是12點！因為等接駁車要等到一點！跟飯店商量晚一小時辦理退房！飯店人員也爽快答應！距離星星超市也很近很方便！
