I would gladly stay here again! The room was clean and very spacious. One of the biggest pluses is the free laundry that's available. Another big plus are the staff, we were greeted very warmly during our check-in. The staff helped us with our bags and brought them to our room before we even finished checking in.

At one point, several years ago, this was likely a high-end hotel. However, it's dated interior shows (i.e. spa/hot tubs with faded/peeled plastic, acid etched water line private pools, scuffed and uneven wood flooring, limited dining services, broken lamps and dated furniture in the lobby, etc.) and is something I couldn't glean from the photos. Despite this, the hotel staff was very accommodating and professional; they are what makes this hotel shine. I would give this property a 7.9/10.

Our family enjoyed our first trip to Jeju Island and our stay & accommodations at Bayhill made our visit that much more memorable. The Hill Suite was gorgeous and quite spacious for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable and the rooms each had their own bathrooms which made it very convenient.
