The photos and descriptions of this place sound terrific, but alas upon arrival and going to our rooms we discovered it was not. The hallway carpet is vile and looks like a brothel. The floor is ripply and peeling up as if it was vinyl flooring from the 70s or a poor coverup, one room had burns in the floor, windows were wide open which seems suspect. The locks had screws in the outside that someone could easily undo and come into your room. Felt so unsafe and vulnerable just standing in the room. The neighborhood wasn’t the best either. We were approached by a strange guy who wouldn’t leave us alone and did not have this issue anywhere else we stayed. The staff were friendly enough but didn’t address any of our concerns. We ended up going elsewhere and losing out in some money but our peace of mind was far more important.

We booked. Got there and the carpet in the halls is vile. I know there’s foot traffic but we immediately felt uncomfortable. Part of this includes a floor that was uneven and peeling up. A lock that could be undone with a screwdriver easily from the outside hallway! Windows wide open to air out what exactly? Burn marks on the one rooms floor. We canceled. Just had a terrible vibe and the photos online are very deceiving. In addition, not the best feeling while walking around the neighborhood.

깔끔합니다..룸컨디션 좋고 사장님이 엄청 친절하셔서 기분좋게 쉬고 왔습니다. 옆건물에 편의점있고 층마다 흡연구역 있어서 편합니다. 사진은 없지만 사진이 필요없을 정도로 깨끗하고 공기청정기까지 있습니다..적극 추천합니다^^

Clean, plentiful equipment Friendly staff approx.1h for Incheon International Airport, 45 minutes for Gimpo International Airport by bus. A little bit noisy outside, but it is not a problem of the accommodation itself.
